Fact is, nearly EVERYONE's getting richer.

Is that just ignorance and a lie to justify another lie??

Everyone's not getting richer, the poor are not only poorer, they are also losing access to medical services. Close to a million children less are covered after donny went about destroying Obamacare.

So rich people are getting richer. Who cares?

People who are not rich!!

It might be a surprise to the haters but they are people too, and a lot of them voted for donny they last time.

Everyone meaning the elites.

No, everyone means everyone. Not just elites/the rich.

It's the product of keeping black people down and oppressed.

Exactly! That's why Candace Owens says we need to have Blexit.

Fact is, nearly EVERYONE's getting richer. I don't see a problem with that.

Everyone meaning the elites.

I see a big, big problem with that.

So rich people are getting richer. Who cares? Fact is, nearly EVERYONE's getting richer. I don't see a problem with that. Dems want to roll back the tax cuts and kill the economy. Jeez....

The situation in the city of Baltimore is the product of the choices of its residents and the people they elected. You reap what you sow.

It's the product of keeping black people down and oppressed.

One day, one fine day, the elite will reap what they sow.

And yet they still come by the thousands, legally and illegally.

Sure, imagine what a great country America would be without immigrants.

You sure. Checking... Oh my...

America :(

And yet they still come by the thousands, legally and illegally.

The working class in America has suffered under Donny, while he touts employment numbers, he hides the fact that real wages has fallen, that the working class are poor than they ever were.

You sure. Checking... Oh my...

Real median household income has grown by $4,144 or 6.8 percent since President Trump took office, according to an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal

The United States’ lowest-paid workers are seeing their paychecks rise at the fastest pace in more than a decade.

Slow wage growth has plagued the economy ever since jobs started coming back after the Great Recession. But that has been changing, with wages rising at all levels and especially for those at the bottom.

that real wages has fallen, that the working class are poor than they ever were.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

So that’s the Democrats excuse for poor governance?

What's Donny's excuse for non-governance.

Stupidity, ignorance ???

The working class in America has suffered under Donny, while he touts employment numbers, he hides the fact that real wages has fallen, that the working class are poor than they ever were.

Only the bigots single out Baltimore, wage disparity, lack of medical care is a growing cancer in America and the GOP is happy not to do anything about it, because they feel only the minorities and the non-voters get affected.

unlike you, I don't see everything just in terms of democrat or republican

I understand, but since most Blacks vote Democrat, how have they improved the lives of these people.

but let's try again

https://praisedc.com/1683807/10-richest-black-communities-in-america/

I know Baldwin Hills and Laders heights very, very well, they are indeed affluent as far as the homes are concerned that is very true, the neighborhood or the downtown shopping area is a different story, but that doesn’t represent the majority, so besides these few cities overall, where have the Dems made great improvements towards the community.

The black unemployment figures issued byt he Dept of Labor show a greater reduction during the Obama years than Trump's.

Not true.

https://nationalcenter.org/project21/2019/11/05/liberals-ignored-high-black-unemployment-under-obama-wont-celebrate-record-lows-under-trump/

*Last week, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics posted the lowest overall black unemployment figure ever recorded at 5.4 percent.*

*According to a Project 21 analysis, reported in a press release last week after the jobs report was released, this was the sixth record-low black unemployment rate achieved during the Trump presidency. The previous lowest rate – 7.4 percent – was achieved at the end of the Clinton administration in December 2000*.

In Baltimore do you mean whites since they are the minority?

Yes, they are the minority, but why do these smaller minority communities Of the majority race in these cities have the highest poverty and highest incarceration rate overall?

What are the democrats of Baltimore doing for the white minority. I don't know?

Baltimore is a mostly heavily run and populated black city. Stay on point, please

Jackson, MS

Detroit, MI

Birmingham, AL

Miami Gardens, FL

Memphis, TN

Baltimore, MD

Montgomery, AL

New Orleans, LA

Shreveport, LA

Augusta-Richmond County consolidated government (balance), GA

You might be? Poverty, unemployment, crime and imprisonments are not just experienced by minorities

That’s not what I’m talking about. Don’t deflect, please answer my question. Let’s try again, what specifically are the Democrats doing to help improve the lives of the Black and Latino communities? They haven’t so far, so when will they start and again, which Black community is upperclass, low crime, low incarceration rate and prosperous, which ones?

Then why do the Dept of Labor figures show a greater reduction of black unemployment under Obama than Trump?

https://money.cnn.com/2016/01/13/news/economy/obama-jobs-state-of-the-union/

The Obama administration derives that figure by looking at how many private sector jobs (so excluding government jobs) have been added since the lowest point during the Great Recession.

In other words, instead of starting at January 2009, the White House starts the clock in February 2010. The Obama team argues that it took time for the administration's policies to take effect to get the country out of the crisis.

By that metric, Obama looks a lot better compared to recent presidents.

Obama is still behind Clinton, but he's about on par with Reagan, although it's notable that the U.S. population is a lot bigger today than during the 1980s, so Reagan created more jobs on a proportional basis than Obama has.

Another deception.

Poverty, crime, imprisonment, drug addictions, homelessness, costs the country trillions of dollars every year.

And what are the Democrats in their States doing to make it better for their minority populations.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Why are White people killing themselves at record numbers, maybe they will find a solution to their own problems, it spiked under Trump

1 ( +2 / -1 )

So why would the primary focus be on these groups and their issues? Even so, these groups are doing well under the Trump policies that they don’t actively resist.

If the people they elect would work with the President, we can have even more positive results for liberal city residents.

The majority of minorities did not vote for Trump nor will they do so in the next election.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Trumps policies can’t help people who actively resist and undermine them.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

Is it, I don't know but even republican run states and cities, like for example Texas, also suffer poverty, unemployment, gangs, homelessness, drug addictions, crimes.

Nice deflection, but we are talking more about the minorities and in every city and county were a Democrat is governing in a mostly minority community crime rate is off the hook, or show me a city where you have a large minority population, specifically a black and Latino population were the neighborhood is clean, upper class rich and pristine with a very very low crime rate

Trump is the current president and his policies should be about improving life for all the citizens regardless of their political standings.

He has and that is one reason why the unemployment rate for black people is so low one of the lowest, but back on topic, what are the Democrats doing to improve their communities and cities, no Democrat want to talk about that, now why is that?

Obama achieved great reductions in the unemployment rates than Trump so far.

Not really.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Watch who is elected to replace Cummings and we will know if any hope for improvement or not.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Poverty and crime breed crime. Poverty, unemployment and homelessness are a national crisis not just just a city one.

So that’s the Democrats excuse for poor governance?

What are the Trump policies doing to reduce it?

What are or have the Democrats doing or better yet, when will they do something?

Elijah Cummings is no longer alive.

He didn’t a lot for the city to improve the quality of life for the citizens then and even after his death there is no real strides for improvement.

Trump's reductions in unemployment and poverty don't seem to reach every community. Baltimore isn't the crime capital of the nation there are others.

The Democrats could do a lot more, give more incentives, do more aggressive policing, showing less leniency to criminals, cutting more entitlements, focus more and better incentives for the middle class, but that won’t be done because Democrats could care less, especially in minority communities.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Bass:. Elijah Cummings policies did nothing for the city

Same for McConnell and Kentucky, especially the Appalachian area. Direct result of GOP policies, or so I'm told.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

The GOP is lining up to take the voting rights away from the victims' family.

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

The situation in the city of Baltimore is the product of the choices of its residents and the people they elected. You reap what you sow.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

*Trump's policies did nothing to reduce the poverty and unemployment rates in the city. Poverty rate: 23.1%  Unemployment rate: 6.1%*

Elijah Cummings policies did nothing for the city even before Trump was in office or Obama or Bush for that matter, in fact, Baltimore has been crime infested for years and years and not one single Democrat gave a crap about it.

0 ( +4 / -4 )

Liberal run city. Crime infested.

0 ( +6 / -6 )

The president should take the lead by introducing better gun laws

I don’t think he needs to do that. The Democrats run and control that city, why aren’t they doing enough, as I recall, the Dems told the President to butt out. I think he should and when they get their act together contact the WH.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

Teen deaths from all causes in the US by race.

Higher for blacks and latinos, yes, but thousands of whites too, and that's is the real tragedy: It's way too high across the board.

Don't spread Trump ignorance..

I’ve been to Baltimore 4 times, it’s actually a lot worse then how Trump described it.

Trumpistanians remain a minority.

So liberals think. Lol

Y'all need to be reminded once again of the 2016 election popular vote count.

We don’t go by that. CA. and NY don’t get to call elections and override the rest of the States.

Has anyone seen Trump's most current tax info to see which guns and ammo corporations he's invested in and how much they've contributed to his re-election campaign?

Personally, I wanted to see the tax info on Planned Parenthood’s contribution to the Democrat Party as well, but we never got to see them, wonder why?

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

Trump could help cities like Baltimore by introducing better guns laws and restrictions

The Democrats should prove first that they can even govern properly, police properly and enact stricter penalties to criminals that commit crimes that’s the basics, get that done first and foremost.

-4 ( +4 / -8 )

Trump was totally right about Baltimore.

1 ( +8 / -7 )

Seems to be what normally happens in LA and a few other cities almost every weekend. Why's this news?

7 ( +7 / -0 )

The public, especially the non-gun owning public, i.e. those who constitute a majority of Americans, pays - literally and figuratively - while the guns and ammo industries profit. Boom boom kaching kaching. SICK!!!
