When in Mexico, if the mafia tells you to get OUT, you get the hell out of the way, they just wanted to intimidate the owners of the casino, the patrons instead of getting out died because they did not listen to these mafia guys, but it sounds like job that was not planned out well enough and many innocent patrons ended up dying because they panicked and went further into the casino. Very terrible situation, and Monterrey is supposed to be one of our safer cities in Mexico, RIP dead amigos who did not listen to the mafia and panicked.

Not anymore, unfortunately. Monterrey's been really bad the past year or two. I have friends with family in Monterrey - they got their family the hell OUT of there.

Such a socio-political bulwark would probably have prevented the world wars and rise of communism while eliminating imperialism at the same time.

Eliminate imperialism via... imperialism. Nice! Sounds like the justifications for the Iraq and Vietnam wars.

Actually, if texas and California was returned, the Mexican economy could rejuvenate jobs for these lost souls.

I am reading the Mexican newspapers directly in Spanish, no English translations the president of Mexico has used a word, up to now, taboo, TERRORISTS. Up to now, in most Mexican newspapers etc..the narco criminals were only branded as drug dealers and fighting amongst themselves, so we regular Mexicans are happy that they kill each other, saves us a lot of time and money, but going after a CASINO?? I need to do more research about this casino and what kind of people where the patrons etc..but for the Mexican president to call these animals terrorists and to call for a national day of mourning?? This is BIG, BIG news even for Mexico. I hope the USA can help us with drone planes etc..CIA spy satellites etc..to kind of even the playing field, because now, obviously the bad guys, are better prepared, armed than our corrupt, inept Mexican police and our poor skinny kids dressed up as soldiers for the Mexican army.****
