They seem to be a little old to be attempting such a climb. Also they may not have been used to the mountain conditions in New Zealand. It is different to North America. Many foreigners in Japan have trouble with Japanese mountains as well. Be careful this Winter.

@Japantime It's obviously not winter in the southern hemisphere. They were doing something they loved, may they all rest in peace.
