Jeez... that's awful. I'm glad the people banded together so quickly to help the injured, but still. I hope they find out the cause and punish anyone responsible if this was the work of shoddy building.

I just looked up Sheila. Difficult job. Would love to see her Meishi. Do Indians carry them? Never met a Sheila amongst all of my Indian friends. Last name too is interesting. Does not seem to come from India. Good luck and RIP

Fire at apartment building in Shanghai. Building collapse at Delhi. The Governments out there need to implement safety measures ahead of the fast paced growth for these rising economies.
