4 Boston College students attacked with acid in France

WTF?

Horrible. I hope they make a full recovery.

Boston College says police described the suspect as "disturbed."

Anyone carrying out such attacks has to be unbalanced to some degree. But as usual we don't have the full story.

Sheesh... I hope the four recover completely, mentally and physically, and the suspect in question is punished to the utmost (assuming she's guilty). I also hope we get some kind of rationale as to why she did it.

When it comes to mental illness, the rationale can be a bit blurred, to say the least.

Well, the assailant is a Muslim but authorities have said there are no suspected ties to extremism so it must be mental illness. Hope she gets treatment.
