So, just another day in that part of the world?

Yep, nothing to see here. Just another wonderful day in 'Murica. Chrstimas Eve and all that.

So this is Christmas

And what have we here

Another senseless shooting

Just to create fear

A very Merry Christmas

And a Happy New Year

Let's hope they're good ones

Without any guns.

So strange. What has gotten into the once sleepy state of Minnesota with their ice fishing, hockey and lakes??

Why is Minneapolis suddenly one of the more dangerous cities in America??

What is going on??

-10 ( +5 / -15 )

What is going on??

That's a rhetorical question, right?

4 ( +7 / -3 )

Just children with guns.

10 ( +12 / -2 )

That's a rhetorical question, right?

Certainly not. I'm just so surprised to learn sweet ol' Minneapolis is now one of the most dangerous cities in America.

What has happened?

Any idea?

Malls can be a magnet for some pretty unsavoury types.

I can only say, let the Americans get on with it. They won't be happy until they're living the live like the drama, The Purge. Stupid country! Stupid Laws. Sorry, Stupid politicians!

If you want to play the game, expect the consequences

Sad news on Christmas day. If only America could focus on solving its own problems rather than that of the world

Sad news on Christmas day.

Christmas Eve.

Third world !!..

OK, well some act like 3rd world criminals, but none of what you or others said on here really gets to the problem with guns in the US, and that is gangs, drugs, bad politicians and policies, no strong family or father figure, parents of the X, Y Generations and Millennials having raised their kids without morals or values (mostly urbanites), Hollywood, whatever. The suburban and rural families are HARDLY to blame for the urban street violence that goes on. Now sure all of that is confirmed for you when the "white guy" goes on a killing spree and makes international headlines, but the everyday murders in Baltimore, Chicago, etc is probably what sits in the back of your minds when you think about violence in the US, yet still wanna blame whitey and Reps. Oh, and Trump.

Awa

An altercation between two groups that escalates to a fistfight and then to a shooting is senseless. The shooter pulled out a gun to create fear, then shoots another person that created more fear.

This is very sick and horrible on many levels. Kids with guns.

You don’t remember the George Floyd riots and villainization of the Minneapolis police?

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

All for the love of the Gun, We just love these guns , don't we??

And Hollywood keeps on putting out more and more gun hero's flaming the the fire for that good old $$.

I agree, but Hollywood is a symptom. The disease is the cabal, globalists, Republicans Democrats whatever you wanna call them needing to promote and condone violence to for the US governments military and black budgets for global hegemony. If the public wasn’t fed this constantly they just might get ideas of peaceful coexistence. Remember, Trump started no wars, and certainly stopped a few plans for them. Biden in office?, back to bidness as usual.

That sparked the Black lives matter movement?

Didn't seem to do much good for the gangs of young black men killing other gangs of young black men..

But all cultures are equal.....

None of the above has anything to do with this crime and yes, all cultures are equal. The people are all humans and some of them do bad things. Can you name one cultural group where this isn't true? No one's culture is above another's. Not yours, mine nor even Japan's. People who disparage everyone in a certain group any time something bad happens are just plain misinformed and probably biased and racist. I can name certain cultures responsible for tens of millions of deaths across several centuries and continents.

Still better than China!!!

Depends on what you're qualifying. If you're talking about being free from being arrested and shot for speaking bad about your government, well America wins hands down. But if you are speaking of freedom from being shot while going about your day-to-day business, China is much better.

I’m never worried about being shot while out and about.. I never see a gun while out. I travel for a job and never worry about it.

Whether you're worried about it is irrelevant, as it is something that is many, many times more likely to happen to you in America than in China, whether you think about it or not.

You are correct, however the right to bear arm is a a part of our freedoms. You don’t (I do believe in gun control) until you start taking our liberties.

As they say in New Hampshire “Live Free or Die”

Mocheak....

It has everything to do with it. All cultures are NOT equal in terms of gun violence. In the US, one culture in particular is very over represented in terms of offenders AND victims. To ignore this will not help solve the problem.

what are the chances of being welded shut inside your apartment complex by the government in China vs the US?
