They do not have a right to forcibly obstruct her breathing.

However, it is private property, she should have left after they asked her to leave.

Yes, they do. You really need to study constitutional law more given the constant errors you post.

Sadly no tasers got discharged during the filming of this altercation.

Yeah, I doubt that it was obstructing her breathing I know an 80-year-old with Emphysema who wears a mask whenever they go out of the house they don't have an issue. So your whole obstruction of breathing thing is utter nonsense.

That 80-year-old hopes that others also wear a mask because if they get this virus they are gone..so people who can't think for the good of others need to be forced into doing so...I know it's difficult to understand by please do try your best.

I suspect that this woman will become a new iconic hero to MAGA cultists.

Expect to see more of her on Fox.

Considering it was Trump's failure to address the virus that led to his getting ousted, along with the fact that Biden has massive high popularity numbers (more than Trump ever got in 4 years in office) based on his pandemic response, I'm ok with the pubs choosing this hill to die upon.

The people will not remember them fondly for it.

Yes, they do.

Great country. Kill first, ask later.

i never wear a mask except in the dojo out of respect of my masters. Not because I am a tosser, but I simply can’t breath. I check my temperature every morning, social distance, was hands, don’t touch my face, check smell and taste and I’m in perfect Heath, apart from high blood pressure. Mask causes me health problems.

if somebody forces me to wear a paper mask, I will view it as a physical assault on my body and react in self defense.

No-one was asking her to. Are you confused about how masks work? Masks do not obstruct your breathing.

I look forward to your inevitable arrest.

“Police brutality right here people,” she said to the other customers at the bank. Replies of “no” and “no, it's not” could be heard.

Wow! Now this is entitlement. I would never disobey an officer in the states. You know what will happen, white, black, male or female...

Stroppy entitlement, a never-ending pandemic that modern science has yet been able to develop a vaccine for.

Wear the mask, it’s not particularly congenial, mists up one glasses. However, follow customers feel more at ease.

The seditionists found out on January 6th that it can get you shot in the face.

I still don't understand why their parents didn't teach them that you're supposed to listen to the police and obey their commands. Too bad Ashli Elizabeth Babbitt's mom didn't teach her, it could have saved her life.

Judo dojo? Tossing is important in Judo, I guess that’s it.

Have you heard about asymptomatic Covid? It’s a thing, yeah really!

I’m interested to hear how masks gave you high blood pressure, especially since you never wear them apparently.

I disagree with this attitude. Ashli Babbitt (sp?) was in the wrong, and it's possible she could have been subdued without being killed, but I'm not going to lose sleep over what happened to someone who was, essentially, in the midst of committing treason.

However, the police are made up of people. People who have been given power. People who can abuse their power. I don't think the police should always be obeyed. If a policeman said to you, "I'm a cop, give me your wallet", I think you would be well within your right to resist.

The police, as we know them, need to be abolished.

So many questions.

Wearing a mask while performing martial arts is ok, but walking down the street in a mask gives you health problems?

You have ‘perfect health’ and also high blood pressure?

You maintain social distancing but perform martial arts?

You have respect for your ‘masters’ but nobody else you interact with daily?

If you can’t breathe wearing a mask and it gives you health problems, but you only wear a mask in the dojo...well, it seems like going to the dojo is unhealthy and you should stop.

They do not have a right to forcibly obstruct her breathing.

At no point was anybody obstructing or attempting to obstruct her breathing, forcibly or not.

Great country. Kill first, ask later.

Nobody was killed. Let’s keep the discussion grounded in reality.

i never wear a mask except in the dojo out of respect of my masters. Not because I am a tosser, but I simply can’t breath

Yet, somehow you can breath with a mask on to placate your master at the dojo.

So you can't breathe when wearing a mask, except when you are doing karate then?

Makes perfect sense.

if somebody forces me to wear a paper mask, I will view it as a physical assault on my body and react in self defense.

So what, you karate chop store clerks when they politely ask you to put a mask on or something?

*Aren’t you @11:12a the same @GLTY 9:47a who said drying in an avalanche is a peaceful way to die. Yet, here you now claim you can barely breathe in a mask?!? Pretty sure your ‘masters’ are also teaching some compassion for innocent victims and their families*, right?
