Trump blew it. Now biden has a chance to make a ground breaking trade deal with Britain. Do something to help out America’s close ally other than having tea with the Queen.

A nail in coffin of the British farming industry, many of whom were keen Brexit supporters so not a great deal of sympathy for them. They were told this would happen.

All the pre-Brexit promises, the talk about EU dictates, the inability to compete with EU countries, the need to support British farmers, local produce, etc.

Why trade with a country on the other side of the world when you can drive a truck to the EU?

That's a very good question. Why endanger British agriculture and jobs, lower food safety standards and increase environmental degredation, while increasing prices for food imported from Australia?
Don't worry, I'm sure there'll be several of the staunch Brexit supporters along soon to explain why this is actually a good idea.
