If Japan fined every cell phone user who texted (or played games) while crossing a street, it could eliminate the national budget deficit in six months.

Next is requiring facial recognition on the mobile phone to even access the network (like they're now doing in China)

I'm afraid I think this has nothing to do with safety, and everything to do with revenue collection.

Your State wants your money, any way it can get it.
