Hamas already agreed to the last proposal which Israel rejected. Israel (Netanyahu) keeps moving the goal posts and killing more inncocents with the goal of Hamas and the Palestinians unconditionally surrendering, but of course Israel will just continue to bomb and steal more land in the West Bank so there is no point for Hamas or any resistance groups in Gaza or the occupied territories to stop resisting.
