Where to start....The CDC failed the first test of medicine by being unable to tell who has the disease and who does not. Our system will require expensive payment for treatment that millions of uninsured will be unable to pay. We just do not have enough doctors and nurses to handle this... and we lack the ability to move them to places where they are needed like China did. Our health departments are down to skeleton crews and have NEVER been strong. Hospitals have been downsizing and running on the cheap so they do not have any extra beds, even NOW. Who is going to organize drive-by testing for example so that ERs are not clogged with infectious patients who could be treated at home? Our health system is completely unable to handle this.. aside from the vacuous Trump crew in charge.

What concerns me is manipulating the coronavirus issue with economy and adding the white collar criminals of Wall Street together to support panic on wide scale in the US and abroad.

Why? I don’t see anyone else doing better with this.

This disease clearly is the greatest threat to the elderly and those who are in overall poor health. Imagine this disease getting into the vast homeless communities in San Francisco, LA, San Jose or any other homeless mecca on the West Coast. What a nightmare.

This will likely cripple the USA. Not because of the mortality rate just because they don't have free healthcare system like everyone else

I can't speak for most states, but in my home state of New York, a lot of companies were forcing their employees to work from home in order not to attempt spreading the virus among coworkers. A lot of companies are mandating that this process hold up for the entire month of March. Some companies that need people have begun restricting their services and placed their staff on partial day shifts so if they need people they are only coming in for short bursts and not daily for long hours.

Even new born babies are not safe, that was the point. There will be cases where you are infected, there will be where you are not. Infections don't follow rules!!! Subsequent cases do not undo the one baby that was infected.
