All three share the belief that they are above the law. Disgusting.

The discovery process is the entire point, and it's going to be absolutely amazing.

7 ( +9 / -2 )

Can't wait for Seth Rich to testify.....oh wait.

In other DNC news, the DNC is suing itself for obstructing Presidential candidate Berni Sanders campaign.

What a joke.

4 ( +9 / -5 )

Seth Rich? I thought only Hannity was pushing that fake news, even after Fox News had to retract.

4 ( +7 / -3 )

The real irony here is that Bernie Sanders might have actually beaten Trump.

‘Tragedy’ is a better word than ‘irony’ here.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Smart move. They can get the details of Don Jr into the Trump bubble, especially the emails he exchanged with Wikileaks before the emails were released.

Roger Stone is in a slightly different boat. He announced the leak days before it happened ("get ready for something big") and said he had talked to Wikileaks. He recently changed his story to say he's never contacted them. Which is obviously a lie.

If this story makes it to front page in the bubble I'm betting this will be the first time Trump fans have heard of any of this. Not that it will have an impact on them, but at least they will have to see it and maybe learn a little.

3 ( +9 / -6 )

Unless the relief that the plaintiffs are asking for is a new POTUS I'm not sure just exactly what we will gain from his action.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Hilarious, you're comparing the DNC to a typical home. The DNC is more like a museum with golden artifacts.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

how can you sue Wikileaks? it just reports honest facts that are true.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

is the dnc finally going to let someone in authority examine their server? Lol

2 ( +6 / -4 )

Indeed - when is bernie gonna sue the DNC? He has an open and shut case.

2 ( +7 / -5 )

Bernie not only might have beaten Trump, he probably would have. But the DNC stole all the money people donated to him and gave it to Hillary. Now they are filing a lawsuit to “protect elections?” Protect from who, themselves?

And all WikiLeaks did was show people the truth behind what was going on. Just published the corruption.

2 ( +7 / -5 )

During Don Jr’s correspondence with Wikileaks, they asked him to tweet one of their stories to bring attention to it, and he obliged. After they had released the Podesta emails.

That would be the son of the President of the US promoting Wikileaks through his social media after they leaked hacked information courtesy of Russia about Americans.

Bubble dwellers will block themselves from feeling anything about that, but this lawsuit can help to expose and humiliate them and cause separation from normal society,

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Oh, boy.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Talk of Bernie Sanders, for whatever its abstract merits, is immaterial here. This is all that is:

Stone said the lawsuit was based on "a left-wing conspiracy theory. ... NO proof or evidence...."

This will be determined, but it will neither be so by hired-gun types like Stone nor by congressional "investigative" lackeys. Nope: This comes down to proof and evidence. And there will be a moment when Mueller submits his official report to congress, presumably chock-full of evidence. The GOP would like to sink it. The judiciary, due to this lawsuit, will not let that happen.

Refreshing to see thinking a couple of moves ahead after such a length of Trumpian cranial channel-surfing.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

DNC.....excuses excuses. People don’t care. Trump is president and crooked is not! End of story! Move on!

2 ( +4 / -2 )

How amusing. The democrats are suing trump and Russia fir the crimes the Democrats comitted. Democrats were selling political appointments to millionaire donators as found in the hacked emails, the Democrat media did everything possible to influence against trump and we have years of Obama and Hillary colluding with Russia do Russia could invade a couple of nations and so Russia could sell american nukes to Iran. The democrats might want to reconsider this move

1 ( +5 / -4 )

The real irony here is that Bernie Sanders might have actually beaten Trump.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

The Dems hired the “mysterious Pakistani” and his untrained family at triple salary to do all their IT with no background checks. So of course, “we were hacked!” makes them feel like they can avoid responsibility for their decisions.

Hey wasn’t that access Hollywood tape stolen? Had no problem with the release of that one though.

1 ( +7 / -6 )

So how is this any different from Comey’s friend asking the New York Times to write a story to bring attention to comeys firing and to prompt a special counsel, and they obliged. After Comey had leaked classified government documents.

Even if Comey leaked (which that's a pretty hard case to make considering they were his own notes), the leaked information is in the public interest, as established by the Republican party when they stated that the contents of Hillary's emails were in the public interest even though they had been stolen.

So your entire line of questioning is moot, since everything Comey is saying is in the public interest, by the definition of public interest that the Republicans created.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Well well well, Good luck with that!

1 ( +1 / -0 )

I doubt this has anything to do with money and everything to do with compelling testimony and producing documents. More than anything, Democrats want the sun to shine on the sins of the Trump campaign. With the slow pace of Mueller's investigation and the risk that his findings may not see the light of day, this is a strategy to get the truth out.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

How can you sue a foreign govenment? Putin is going to LOL when he hears of this. Clinton lost the election because she was the worst Democratic candidate in living memory and the Democrats simply cannot accept that reality. Any influence by Russia is really at the edges. It should not even have been close enough for such influence to have barely any impact in the result. If the Democrats put forward a decent candidate that would have been the case.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

not to mention their close friendship is another key factor in all of this

Ahh, so to get around the law, they're going to use the old-boys club, and make a few sneaky deals. I see.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Ah, you can smell the desperation emitting from inside the DNC clown car.

The Democrat Party leadership actually believes they can do a better job than Mueller and his team of 17-pro democrat lawyers who spent more than a year trying to find something -- anything -- to link President Trump with foreign influence in the 2016 campaign and wound up rolling snake eyes?

I say let the lawsuit go forward. Before any trial comes discovery and with it, full transparency. And transparency has never been a friend of either the democrats nor The Deep State. . . .

1 ( +2 / -1 )

This is beautiful! And theres NO turning back!

What is just a cheap PR stunt by the hopeless Democratic Party, will now allow President Trump to do discovery, to depose and put under oath no other than Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Hillary and Obama and many more!

Got my popcorn ready!

1 ( +2 / -1 )

I really hope the democrats keep this up. It is only working on their rapidly diminishing delusional useful idiot base of whom they rely on for donations. They actually believe that the majority of Americans who get up every morning, go to work and make this country run believe their childish non-stop temper tantrums against a duly elected President.

Heh, Now a lawsuit? Against Russia? Are you kidding me? Man, I think they don't even realize how their lunatic unhinged behavior is going to boomerang on them in the mid-terms. . . .

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Wikileaks tweeted'

“The Democrats are suing @WikiLeaks and [WikiLeaks founder] @JulianAssange for revealing how the DNC rigged the Democratic primaries.”

1 ( +1 / -0 )

The level of stupidity shown with this lawsuit is something only a democratic lawyer could come up with.

If you don't run insecure services on broken servers, then they can't be hacked. That is the role of every professional server admin and network admin. Dems hired the wrong people to setup and run their servers and want to blame everyone else? Plus I bet Hillary demanded worst practice configurations - we know that because she used Exchange from a comcast Biz connection. If there is any confusion, that was stupid.

I run a few servers, including email servers. There are thousands of hack attempts daily. I see new and different attacks all the time and adjust the defences. Just saw an attack from Italy that was automatically blocked. Reporting it isn't worth my time. I don't get notified about old attacks that are automatically handled anymore. There are just too many.

Yes, it is illegal to hack servers, but the chances of getting any action against attackers outside the current country is next to zero. I tried to get the FBI involved when I was first saw attacks. Talk about useless. Every server admins know this. There are multiple millions of attacks against servers in the USA Daily. They are constant. Stopping attack attempts is like trying to stop the wind from blowing.

Also as liberals like to forget, Trump was Hillary’s handpicked opponent. Easiest one for her to beat, her team said.

Without Hillary, there was no need for Trump and he wouldn’t have won even his primary. Could have been Bernie vs Ted Cruz. Dems win that one because Cruz was still Lyin Ted and hadn’t grown into the Lion Ted of today.

Talk about a total backfire on the Dems. They are stupid enough to sue so that we get to enjoy every recounting of their incompetence all over again?

0 ( +6 / -6 )

Well this will be a good lesson for the Dems that a lawsuit has discovery on both sides, not the one-sided focus of Mueller's investigation.

0 ( +3 / -3 )

not the one-sided focus of Mueller's investigation.

Mueller's investigation is free to go where it ends up. AKA, not focused on one-side.

Once again you show that you didn't bother to read the mandate.

0 ( +3 / -3 )

All this talk about “leaking”. I’d say “spraying” is a better term - just what tomcats do.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Karl Marx: “Accuse Your Enemy Of What You Are Doing, As You Are Doing It To Create Confusion”

the story of Liberal Democrat life since the Trump inauguration.

-1 ( +6 / -7 )

Why are the Dems doing this again???

That's a good question. I suspect we don't know the answer yet, but that it will become apparent in time.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Ahh, so to get around the law, they're going to use the old-boys club, and make a few sneaky deals. I see.

If it works for the left.....why not? Two can play that game.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

The DNC is now suing our President for winning the election. Looks like they’ve given up on impeachment.

The democrats are so deranged by their own childishness by filing this lawsuit they don't even realize they just poured gasoline over themselves and lit the match.

Pass the popcorn. . . .

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

So how is this any different from Comey’s friend asking the New York Times to write a story to bring attention to comeys firing and to prompt a special counsel, and they obliged. After Comey had leaked classified government documents.

I wasn’t aware that tweeting truth which you want people to read is a crime. The actual criminal is whoever stole the material or leaked it, like Comey. Too bad that DNC server won’t prove they were hacked, would be convenient to the story if it did.

During Don Jr’s correspondence with Wikileaks, they asked him to tweet one of their stories to bring attention to it, and he obliged. After they had released the Podesta emails.

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

Yep it’s great news. Dems get to explain all about how they were “hacked” yet refused to let anyone look at the server.. then how they deleted and rebuilt all their servers, destroying evidence of a crime(which is a crime itself).

was no need for a lawsuit then but now 2 years later is the perfect time to file a lawsuit, with the evidence destroyed by them “for reasons”...?

then they get to introduce us all to The Awan family and discuss how if they weren’t hacked how the mails escaped their control, whike taking care to not mention the name of Seth Rich.

Then we get to spends more months talking again about all the missing Hillary mails, destroyed devices, immunity deals, etc for years. Why are the Dems doing this again???

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

Mueller's investigation is free to go where it ends up. AKA, not focused on one-side.

That's another reason why Giuliani was brought in to keep Mueller on a tighter leash and on the reservation, not to mention their close friendship is another key factor in all of this as well as one of the toughest prosecutor around.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

This is like calling the police to report someone stole your marijuana. Rigged their primary and tried to rig the general election and then sue someone for rigging something?

Gonna backfire yuuuugely when the 90 percent of Americans who don’t know who Seth Rich or the Awan brothers are get that education.

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

The level of stupidity shown with this lawsuit is something only a democratic lawyer could come up with.

If you don't run insecure services on broken servers, then they can't be hacked. That is the role of every professional server admin and network admin. Dems hired the wrong people to setup and run their servers and want to blame everyone else?

You are talking about two different things here, prevention and blame.

You lock the door to your house to prevent someone from coming in and stealing your stuff. If they come in and steal your stuff, it does not absolve them of responsibility for stealing from your home. The theft is still a theft, and the thief is still a thief. The victim could have gone further in trying to prevent the theft in the first place, saving themselves from having to deal with the after effects. But their lack of prevention does not absolve the perpetrator of responsibility.

The same is with the emails. The DNC should have had better security, but not having that security does not absolve whomever that stole the emails from responsibility for the theft of the emails.

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

Those were not comey’s own notes. Otherwise they would not have classification markings. That he himself marked “secret” when he sent to the FBI attorney. They are US government property created by a US government employee about official events.

If those are in the public interest, even moreso are the Wikileaks emails. Those are not classified and are direct documented conversations of those involved, not self serving recreations.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Unless the relief that the plaintiffs are asking for is a new POTUS I'm not sure just exactly what we will gain from his action.

Read the complaint. Trump is NOT named in the suit.

Anyways, Trump never really has never explained why he is so darn, um, positively inclined towards Russia.

Strange, doncha think...?

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

This reeks of desperation.

The Democrats will not accept the fact that Hillary lost.

-4 ( +7 / -11 )

More than anything, Democrats want the sun to shine on the sins of the Trump campaign.

So far, there aren’t any sins....that would require the President to take a plea deal.

With the slow pace of Mueller's investigation and the risk that his findings may not see the light of day, this is a strategy to get the truth out.

With Giuliani on Trump’s team and the strong relationship they have, he might be able to help negotiate a deal to put all of this to rest. Smart, smart move on the President.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

mueller finds nothing. File lawsuit. IG finds you guilty, file lawsuit. Don’t like a presidential order, file a lawsuit. Did they really sue “Russia”? Like the whole country?

This is great, now the DNC has to be able to prove hacking while not being able to hide that Awan guy and the Debbie lady crimes anymore.

So yeah when Bernie filing his lawsuit against DNC for stealing the primary from him?

-5 ( +6 / -11 )

How amusing. The democrats are suing trump and Russia fir the crimes the Democrats comitted. Democrats were selling political appointments to millionaire donators as found in the hacked emails, the Democrat media did everything possible to influence against trump and we have years of Obama and Hillary colluding with Russia do Russia could invade a couple of nations and so Russia could sell american nukes to Iran. The democrats might want to reconsider this move

They are so self-absorbed with hatred for this President, they are so emotionally driven to oust this President, they see this witch hunt is not turning out the way they wanted, so they are now more than ever grasping at straws because if they can’t grt him now, they can’t grt him ever. They don’t have any good candidates that could challenge him and instead of working with him, they believe in obstruction all the way. Good luck to them, it won’t help them win general elections, especially when they ignore the people that want and need a President to care about them. The Democrats could care less about the middle class or blue collar workers.

-5 ( +4 / -9 )

Ok and then what? The Dems are so desperate now they are picking everything up and throwing it at the President since everything else has failed. Instead of focusing on the issues and trying to find quality candidates that could challenge the President, they are still obsessed and sick in the head to keep focusing on something that doesn’t exist which helps the President.
