Looks awful. A good reminder not to ignore travel warnings.

In Buffalo, William Kless was up at 3 a.m. Sunday. He called his three children at their mother’s house to wish them Merry Christmas and then headed off on his snowmobile for a second day spent shuttling people from stuck cars and frigid homes to a church operating as a warming shelter.

This guy should never have to buy his own drink ever again.

some days ago i have read lines here abt global warming.

I believe global warming looks a bit different as this seems to me as some local cooling instead?

it happens every winter that it snows.somewhere more somehere less.sometimes winter is warmer and sometimes colder.

Just wondering how abt another area of globe of same position say Russia...no article written, possible there is no issue with snow and cold at all.Maybe its limited to USA territory only?

thats amazing to see how Americans instinctively take care of other Americans without all the internet nonsense becoming involved.

Hailing from the rural interior of the Midwest, the snow with the wind and snowdrifts took on the appearance of sand dunes. My friend had a big open field behind his house, and you could walk up the snowdrift onto the roof of his house.

The actual number of dead will be in the hundreds, and majority among them in the homeless/illegal communities, this off course will number be reported.

I agree and I would like to see this from everyone.

Having a snowmobile, skis, and snow shoes sounds like a wise investment if one has to live in that area. Keep your gas tank full, as well. Not sure about taking the kids to see Grandma in a blizzard.

It is not a given that one has to get frostbite in freezing temps, if one takes precautions. I bought a wool parka when I was visiting in Sweden, and it kept me very toasty in temps below minus 30 F. When I brought it back to the Midwest of the US, had people begging me to sell it to them.

We had 27 C [80 F] here in South Cal today.

Any reason reason the believe "everyone" doesn't do this? I've gotta say. it's awfully strange to asset doing things for their neighbors in a uniquely Christian thing.

I disagree. A true Christian would have taken their winter clothing and forced them onto a bus to Washington.

How will you know about it?

Please share the stats as soon as you get them.

This just happened to be a Christian man acting in a Christian way

How do you know he's a Christian?
