It would be awesome if Congress would actually do some work for a change. They're going to have wasted 4 years failing to remove Trump from the White House and by the time they realize it, he'll have been re-elected because they've only shown how incompetent they can be the entire time.

"The president now seeks to take a wrecking ball to the Constitution of the United States."

Undermining US systems was part of the platform Trump campaigned on, a reason many in his demographic voted for him.

The US Constitution provides protection for all citizens and ensures equal rights; it doesn't just protect the wealthiest and those in the largest demographic. Trump and many in his base fear the notion of equality because equality means they're not superior to 'the others' they fear and dread.

The only part of the US Constitution many Trump backers are aware of is the 2nd Amendment.

10 ( +16 / -6 )

The purpose of the Trump regime's 'blatant abuse of power' is to take power away from Congress and give the executive even more. While they're stacking the courts.

The founding fathers are rolling in their graves.

12 ( +16 / -4 )

Will SCOTUS agree that a president has the power to bury a report of an investigation into that president? It defeats the purpose of the investigation.

Of course, I'm sure the Trumpophiles with law degrees can set me straight.

8 ( +11 / -3 )

The "committee" is not an actual court with legal bearing.

Which has zero bearing on subpoena power. Thanks for the irrelevant comment.

Oh, you don't need the quotes around committee because it actually exists.

11 ( +13 / -2 )

Yep, hold someone in contempt for following/enforcing the rule of law. Makes perfect sense only in the democrat universe.

-10 ( +3 / -13 )

Pretty much, you can’t really add anything to that. It’s May now and the Dems since retaking the House from January on didn’t pass any legislation and now they are in overkill mode. I have never seen a party that is so obsessed with losing a Presidential election. None of the Presidential candidates have any policies going forward, none.A bad recipe and the more relentless they continue to be, not only will they not get back the WH, but they will lose the House as well.

-13 ( +3 / -16 )

Sarah 'slip of the tongues (forked)' Sanders is a proven liar paid to lie for the most dishonest president in US history.

Robert Gibbs admitted he lied as well for the previous administration, so he beat her to it.

The purpose of the Trump regime's 'blatant abuse of power' is to take power away from Congress and give the executive even more. While they're stacking the courts.

The GOP said the same thing when they held Holder in contempt, didn’t turn out on well for them and it won’t turn out well for the Democrats as well. They have 98% of the Mueller report. Barr is not going to break the law and turn over grand Jury material and names of witnesses because they want it. The Democrats could change the law in order to obtain those documents, but they won’t because it’s less grandstanding it wouldn’t make political headway’s doing it this way would make it much easier and will make headlines. The only thing that the Democrats care about is power, power, power. If they cared even a little bit of the constituents to work on trying to create sound policies and legislate appropriate laws, but they’re not even thinking about that.

The founding fathers are rolling in their graves

Oh, I agree with that.

-13 ( +1 / -14 )

White supremacists who believe the US system was designed specifically for them want to trash it ?

Yes I think they do. White supremacists want to dismantle systems that legally make them equal to 'the others', those they think they're superior to. Read comments on JT from Trump supporters, some of whom I assume are Americans, bashing the courts and their decisions. Read their comments on 'the others'.

Rich people who owe their wealth to cold American capitalism want to undermine that system?

Yes I do. Of course US systems benefit them. But they want MOAR. They want to weaken environmental, worker and consumer protections, protections provided by Congress and the courts. Trump's doing their bidding. Look at the 'elite' in the Trump admin leading the way in undermining systems that protect those not of their class.

red, white, and blue wearing, banjo playing

That comment says a lot about what some call over-generalizers, others just plain bigots.

7 ( +11 / -4 )

None of the Presidential candidates have any policies going forward, none.

Then I must have been dreaming when I read about Booker's two policy roll outs. Odd. Could have swore I was awake.

The GOP said the same thing when they held Holder in contempt, didn’t turn out on well for them

You e already demonstrated that you have no idea why the GOP failed in holding Holder in contempt, so your analysis is circumspect.

9 ( +10 / -1 )

The only thing that the Democrats care about is power, power, power. If they cared even a little bit of the constituents to work on trying to create sound policies and legislate appropriate laws, but they’re not even thinking about that.

Don't forget the bums in the senate and the idiot inthr WH. The senate can take up legislation, butnit aint. Donny could propose legislation, but he hasn't. Of course, I'm sure this is the fault of the Dems, the liberal MSM, and the Deep State.

8 ( +9 / -1 )

Subpoenas, contempt citations, fines, imprisonment, and any other weapon the House has available can and should be used against a blatantly criminal executive branch. This should include impeachment, but only after extensive investigation and full public exposure of the many impeachable offenses already known.

Why is Barr telling Trump to invoke executive privilege? Shouldn't Trump be the one telling Barr? Just another corrupt enabler protecting the criminal in chief.

8 ( +11 / -3 )

Robert Gibbs admitted he lied as well for the previous administration, so he beat her to it.

It's okay that Donny and Slanders lie on an hourly basis because someone in some democratic politicians administration lied once. See, we aren't trying to change Washington at all.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Yes I do. Of course US systems benefit them. But they want MOAR. They want to weaken environmental, worker and consumer protections, protections provided by Congress and the courts.

Then you want these rich liberals running the country held to account, so then you definitely want Trump to succeed. I know I do!

Trump's doing their bidding. Look at the 'elite' in the Trump admin leading the way in undermining systems that protect those not of their class.

Hmmmm...doubt it.

Then I must have been dreaming when I read about Booker's two policy roll outs. Odd. Could have swore I was awake.

Booker will never be President, we don’t need to even take that further.

You e already demonstrated that you have no idea why the GOP failed in holding Holder in contempt, so your analysis is circumspect.

I know exactly why and I also know this subpoena will equally go nowhere, I promise you that. The only thing that will happen to Barr is now he has a contempt charge on his record, that’s about it.

-10 ( +0 / -10 )

Subpoenas, contempt citations, fines, imprisonment, and any other weapon the House has available can and should be used against a blatantly criminal executive branch. This should include impeachment, but only after extensive investigation and full public exposure of the many impeachable offenses already known.

It seems insane to me that all of you would rather see Congress spend 99% of their time trying (and failing) to unseat Donald Trump right up until the end of his term. What have any Democrats done during this time to show that one of them should be in his place? Nothing at all.

How about trying to actually do something to show why I should vote for you? Because right now it seems to be "I'm not Donald Trump" is everyone's campaign slogan and sorry, that's not good enough for me.

-9 ( +1 / -10 )

Don't forget the bums in the senate and the idiot inthr WH. The senate can take up legislation, butnit aint. Donny could propose legislation, but he hasn't. Of course, I'm sure this is the fault of the Dems, the liberal MSM, and the Deep State.

They tried with the new Green Deal and even the Democrats didn’t support it, they knew it was a joke. Time is running out for the Dems and they want to do something that will never come to fruition.

It's okay that Donny and Slanders lie on an hourly basis because someone in some democratic politicians administration lied once.

Lied once????? ROFL! Too funny, that’s like saying Trump never ever cheated on his wife. Come on! Lol

See, we aren't trying to change Washington at all.

Because the Democrats can’t, they keep failing.

-10 ( +3 / -13 )

Do you really think red, white, and blue wearing, banjo playing, Budweiser drinking coal miners in Virginia want to undermine the US system?

If they were bamboozled by Russia into voting for Trump, like all the other Trumpers, then yes... That's the way the Russians work - convince those into thinking they're voting in their own interest when in reality they're voting for Russia.

Rich people who owe their wealth to cold American capitalism want to undermine that system?

Gee, I don't know, let's ask the guy who lost billions due to his business incompetence and paid no taxes for 8 years (that we know of)... Wonder what those coal miners will think of that...

White supremacists who believe the US system was designed specifically for them want to trash it ? Once again the symptoms of Trump derangement syndrome.

White supremacists? You mean some of those "very fine people" our president has referred to?

8 ( +10 / -2 )

Barr cannot by law release what Congress wants. The whole goal was to restart the speculation machine that something is being “hidden”.

-13 ( +0 / -13 )

Pelosi finally let the secret out. She and Dems think Congress is the “superior branch” of government. (But only when a Dem isn’t President)

-11 ( +1 / -12 )

Extanker:. It would be awesome if Congress would actually do some work for a change. They're going to have wasted 4 years failing to remove Trump from the White House and by the time they realize it, he'll have been re-elected because they've only shown how incompetent they can be the entire time.

I disagree. I think when a President tries to obstruct justice then asks the White House lawyer to lie for him, we need to have a discussion, not sweep it under the carpet and move on.

And remember, this isn't about Trump. It's about the Presidency. Trump fans might be happy that their guy is getting away with it, but they are setting a precedent for all future Presidents.

This is your real argument:

"The President shall have the right to fire Independent Councils in an effort to obstruct justice, and there shall be no consequences if he instructs the White House council to lie for his political benefit."

Telling me that this is the new normal and now it's time to move on to other things is something I will argue against.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Booker will never be President, we don’t need to even take that further.

We weren't debating whether Booker would be president. I was demonstrate your utter inaccuracy about none of the dem candidates having any policies. This means your response was irrelevant.

I know exactly why and I also know this subpoena will equally go nowhere, I promise you that.

Sure you do. Just like you live everywhere at once, get your socialized healthcare at a non-existent base in Fukuoka, and speak ten languages.

They tried with the new Green Deal and even the Democrats didn’t support it, they knew it was a joke. Time is running out for the Dems and they want to do something that will never come to fruition.

Dems are irrelevant to why Donny and Turtle McConell aren't legislating. That's another irrelevant reply from you.

Lied once????? ROFL! Too funny, that’s like saying Trump never ever cheated on his wife. Come on! Lol

And you completely missed the point, again.

Because the Democrats can’t, they keep failing.

Another instance of you completely missing the point.

9 ( +10 / -1 )

Gee, I don't know, let's ask the guy who lost billions due to his business incompetence and paid no taxes for 8 years (that we know of)... Wonder what those coal miners will think of that...

And used the bankruptcy laws as they were meant to be. Ok, so now the Dems are back at square one, no crimes, just a bunch of bankruptcies that pretty much everyone already knew about. But at least we finally got to see the amount, so let’s impeach him for exercising his constitutional rights to make sure he can get out of debt, good luck Democrats.

White supremacists? You mean some of those "very fine people" our president has referred to?

The media always likes to take things a little snippets of context. Trump never said anything of the sort about white supremacists, he was saying that about the people that were tearing down all the historical monuments from the sales and whether you like them or not they’re part of history and not everyone from the air in this house for races many of them did help and protect blacks so some of them are good people and some of them were against slavery and some of them were for it. There are people today that are descendants from Deisuke the nurse and many of them are proud of their heritage and some of them don’t stink like their ancestors did and maybe some still do, that is what he he meant, but the media loves to chop up whatever the man says and make it seem he supports The White supremacists and that has been debunked so many times.

Throwing out fake stats anywhere in a post, especially to start it off, is a good signal to readers not to read a post.

There’s nothing fake about it when you read the report you can’t be more transparent than that and actually the AG didn’t even have to bring it out for the public, it was never for the public consumption and they were a little reductions other than the grand jury ones and they can’t have that and they want him to break the law and then guess what they’re going to do after that? The Democrats would charge the AG was breaking the law that he released confidential Grand jury testimony, that’s exactly where this is going and Barr is not even going to stick his foot in that trap.

-11 ( +0 / -11 )

That’s the trap. Get Barr to release something it’s illegal to release. Use it to attack Trump if they can and then impeach Barr for committing a crime when he released it.

all to the goal of causing chaos in the DOJ to delay the IG investigation into FISA, the FBI investor and Barr’s own investigations.

-14 ( +0 / -14 )

I was demonstrate your utter inaccuracy about none of the dem candidates having any policies. This means your response was irrelevant.

That policy won’t get him elected. I’m telling you now he will never make it.

Dems are irrelevant to why Donny and Turtle McConell aren't legislating. That's another irrelevant reply from you.

You can call McConnell names all you want, but it doesn’t have anything to do with the fact, the Dems haven’t legislated anything. That’s a fact and all the political name calling from Democrats won’t change that. So what are they going to do? Time is running out for these people.

And you completely missed the point, again.

No, not at all. Lol

-12 ( +0 / -12 )

Fact check. False.

Throwing out fake stats anywhere in a post, especially to start it off, is a good signal to readers not to read a post.

Claiming a figure of speech is a 'fake stat' in order to discredit someone you disagree with is a good signal that someone lacks reading comprehension.

Thank you for actually providing a reasonable response.

I know we don't agree on the facts of what Trump did or didn't do, but my point is not that it should just be 'accepted as normal', but that there comes a point when Congress needs to realize that their efforts have yielded zero results and those efforts would be much better spent elsewhere.

Going after Barr will serve no purpose. It's not going to change the outcome of the report, which, while not quite the smoking gun of innocence that Trump claims, it also did not do anything to help get him booted out like the Democrats were certain it would.

Impeachment is not going to happen. It's time to move on from this and focus on removing him from the White House in the next election.

-7 ( +2 / -9 )

I'm glad you're finally admitting your Dear Leader has had multiple bankruptcies - and is incompetent as a businessman. He's a "Loser", who racked up so much loss that he paid no tax for 8 years. Another Trump fairy tale burst... Those honest tax paying folks in the midwest and south will be real impressed with that...

White supremacists? You mean some of those "very fine people" our president has referred to?

Spin. No rewriting history can change the fact that he said "very fine people on both sides" - one side included David Duke and white supremacist groups. He thinks they're "fine". That's why they all support him. Facts are facts. Save yourself from typing 12 lines of tortured spin and just admit it.

That’s the trap. Get Barr to release something it’s illegal to release

You must think everyone is as stupid as the average Trump supporter. If Barr is to be trusted, why worry about him releasing something he's not legally allowed to release?

4 ( +6 / -2 )

He’s not releasing it. But why did your team tried to subpoena it anyway, knowing it’s illegal for them to get it?

-11 ( +0 / -11 )

He’s not releasing it. But why did your team tried to subpoena it anyway, knowing it’s illegal for them to get it?

It's called oversight. Why isn't Barr releasing the portions that he is able to release? What's he hiding?

8 ( +9 / -1 )

Is the Barr trap the democrats are setting a piece of cheese under a box that is propped up with a stick? The Coyote tried that a few times.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

I'm glad you're finally admitting your Dear Leader has had multiple bankruptcies - and is incompetent as a businessman. He's a "Loser",

How? He’s President and the liberals can’t even get any form of legislation through. 200 wins, one of the highest rated TV shows, wrote a best selling book about his bankruptcy, made millions more, beat every Washington know it all on both sides. Dunno, if he’s a loser, then the Democrats are hopeless. ROFL!

So now the liberals are gearing up for another let down. This is nothing new, everyone knew of this, when Trump wrote a book on this a long time ago. Democrats are funny.

Spin. No rewriting history can change the fact that he said "very fine people on both sides" - one side included David Duke and white supremacist groups. He thinks they're "fine". No one cares or thinks about Duke. The man supported Bush, McCain and Romney, big deal. Duke’s verbal endorsement has as much validity as Cher’s asinine comments about Trump. You guys, it’s just not planning out for the Democrats. Lol

-12 ( +0 / -12 )

You must think everyone is as stupid as the average Trump supporter. If Barr is to be trusted, why worry about him releasing something he's not legally allowed to release?

I think the Democrats are very stupid politically in trying to do this stunt. Really.

None of this changes the fact that republicans in the senate haven't legislated anything or that Don hasn't proposed legislation. Another irrelevant reply.

Well, Trump has the highest approval on the economy and that’s everything, so with a 56% approval rating and the Democrats propose....socialism and......

let me check....

It's called oversight. Why isn't Barr releasing the portions that he is able to release? What's he hiding?

No, it’s called breaking the law. Barr is not going to release Grand Jury material just because Nadler ans his band of socialists are crying about it. Remember, this is the man that has more experience and wrote the book and taught virtually everyone in that room. They know he can’t release them, but since most people don’t understand the law and watch CNN all day they think he’s holding back. And Barr is no dummy. If the Democrats want does grand jury testimony is released, they can write a law and they won’t do that, it would be too easy and less theater. Again, they are squandering their chances and I think it’s funny as heck.

-12 ( +0 / -12 )

200 wins, one of the highest rated TV shows, wrote a best selling book about his bankruptcy, made millions more, beat every Washington know it all on both sides. Dunno, if he’s a loser, then the Democrats are hopeless

Lol. Beat Washington? His entire political career is drowning in the mess he created. Highest rated TV shows...by who? Its not even ranked. And you know, he didn't write any of the book...The writer, Tony Schwartz, said he wished he would have named the book "the psychopath" in 2016. Guess you didn't read it either.

Duke’s verbal endorsement has as much validity as Cher’s asinine comments about Trump.

That's not what you thought when he endorsed Omar...lol. Cherry pick much?

Only in Trump world is a guy who lost over a billion dollars as an incompetent businessman, and paid zero tax when almost all Americans did, considered a success. Again, he has shown us he is "The Biggest Loser"...

So now the liberals are gearing up for another let down. This is nothing new, everyone knew of this, when Trump wrote a book on this a long time ago. Democrats are funny.

???? How did they know it when he refuses to release his tax returns (after promising to do so)?

That's your opinion, but your President thinks Duke and his ilk are "very fine people"...and they in turn, love him...

“We are determined to take our country back,” Duke said from the rally, calling it a “turning point.” “We are going to fulfill the promises of Donald Trump. That’s what we believed in. That’s why we voted for Donald Trump, because he said he’s going to take our country back.”

NBC 14 years in a row.

I did, did a good job, Maybe he wasn’t happy with his small cut. By the way, at least the president didn’t have a former weather underground terrorist write a book for him

???? How did they know it when he refuses to release his tax returns (after promising to do so)?

Former President Bush also said and promised read my lips no new taxes. Obama promised, if you like your doctor, you can keep him. All Presidents to an extent make some promises they don’t keep. We all do as humans.

That's your opinion, but your President thinks Duke and his ilk are "very fine people"...and they in turn, love him...

Well, That is your opinion and I think that he is right when he said exactly that the people that are taking down the statues are out of control and you cannot rewrite history what has happened in the past happened and there are good people on both sides in the south people that were against slavery whose forefathers were for slavery that is undeniable. Just because your descendants fought in the Civil War and maybe some of them were proud to preserve the institution of slavery, doesn’t mean that your descendants will feel the same in 2019. Come on, the Democrats have to try and be a little more inventive. Trump is again doing a rally and the Democrats are trying to in vain once again to get this President and it’s a parent now they could care less about the 2020, which is actually good for the Republicans in for the president.

-13 ( +0 / -13 )

Maybe he wasn’t happy with his small cut. By the way, at least the president didn’t have a former weather underground terrorist write a book for him

Veering farther into irrelevance. The topic is the Repubs in the senate not legislating and Don not proposing legislation. Donny's approval relating has zero relevance.

You are becoming self-aware.

Trump has always been a con man. His biggest con is getting dumb people to think that equals "success". And unfortunately there sure are a lot of dumb people in America.

the liberals can’t even get any form of legislation through

I already pointed out the falseness of this assertion, but you keep repeating it anyway. Maybe for you that's the mark of "successful" argumentation.

8 ( +10 / -2 )

"We are now in a constitutional crisis," Jerrold Nadler, the committee's Democratic chairman, told reporters after the panel approved the contempt resolution on a party-line 24-16 vote, with Democrats in favor and Republicans opposed.

Remember the constitutional crisis when Obama's AG Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress? That went no where also. What's good for Republicans is good for Dems as well. It's going no where Nadler. But it is enjoyable watching you shout at the powers that be with no effect.

-12 ( +0 / -12 )

Remember the constitutional crisis when Obama's AG Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress? That went no where also. What's good for Republicans is good for Dems as well.

Do you even know why it went nowhere with a Holder? Didn't think so. Quick! Do the research and then blame a biased judge because you don't like the outcome.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

extanker: but that there comes a point when Congress needs to realize that their efforts have yielded zero results and those efforts would be much better spent elsewhere.

I think the Dems need to move to impeach Trump. Not because I think they will be successful, but because I think they have a duty to. It's clear Trump tried to fire Mueller, and it's clear he tried to get the White House lawyer to lie for him about it. That alone should require more action that just press releases from Democrats.

And it's about time for the Dems to drop this notion that shame will somehow come into play and make things right again. We are seeing Trump supporters openly support his unethical and illegal behavior. They just don't get that Trump is temporary and the transfer of power from the Legislative to the Executive Branch will be permanent long after he's gone.

So, in some way, I agree with you. If the Dems aren't going to impeach him, they should drop it and move on and shift to policy leadership. But that would also make them complicit in reducing our government's checks and balances.

Going after Barr will serve no purpose.

Again, in a practical sense I can see why you would think that, but again, we can't have Barr be the new normal. We can't have an AG say, "Uh....I don't know" when asked if the President has asked him to investigate someone, and we can't have one ignore investigators when they tell them they are omitting critical things like context when talking to the American people.

I agree that none of these things will change much on the ground. Trump's taxes could have all kinds of dirty deeds. It won't dent his support from his base. It could show he owes Russia billions, pays 500 imported Chinese workers a year, and reduces his taxes to nothing while the working man pays. They don't care.

But, someday Trump will be gone, and so will all of us, and we've got to put on record that there were people who stood up against it. If things get too out of tilt with our government we need to keep reminding ourselves that it needs to change back again.

people who stood up against it

Geez I'm nearly in tears, fact is Trump and Barr are operating within the law, An intensive 2 yr probe held them accountable and found nothing, maybe just maybe you all need to get over it because no new charges or indictments mean exactly that, 20/20 is gone for the Democrats but if they regroup and stop playing silly games while presenting someone worthwhile who appeals to the people they may have a chance in 24.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

So you admit Trump didn't write the book.

I never said he did, most people don’t, even Obama didn’t, most people have ghost riders, but the research and stories are theirs.

Its funny that you feel the need to attack other people to defend you hubby's lame life.

I’m not attacking anyone, so why are you attacking me?

The topic is the Repubs in the senate not legislating and Don not proposing legislation. Donny's approval relating has zero relevance.

Naw, that’s what it all boils down to, damage the man as much we can because our socialist policies will never become mainstream.

-7 ( +0 / -7 )

and who has Duke endorsed for 2020? Not Trump, but a Democrat, as a hint.

But you will just say that doesnt matter or something, that it only matters if some undesirable supports Trump.

If an undesirable supports a Dem, its obviously a trick and they dont want his endorsement or something.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

maybe just maybe you all need to get over it because no new charges or indictments mean exactly that,

News flash, Don jr. was just subpoenaed. In the history of subpoenaed clients related to Trump, indictments and charges follow. I guess Trump should have brought him into the administration, doubt he can block this one.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

not as part of the Mueller investigation. thats done.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

Dodge. Trump lost over a billion dollars - he ought to change the name of his book to the "Art of Losing Money"..

Why? He made money on the Apprentice, his stocks, properties making money, e donates his Presidential salary, he became President, beat out the GOP, Hillary. If that’s losing, then that’s the kind of loser everyone should strive to become.

Duke loves Trump - and Trump thinks Duke and those like him are "very fine people".*

Trump should love himself, we all should love ourselves. Trump was right, Duke is a loser and there are many good people in the South that fought against slavery and even today many of the past descendants are writing the wrongs of their relatives past.

News flash, Don jr. was just subpoenaed

Means nothing, when he is convicted let me know but i don't expect i'll be hearing from ya any time soon.

Yes i know its from the GOP controlled part of the Senate.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

The difference is, Trump also endorsed Duke as "fine" people. Omar does not.

Omar just said an anti-Semitic remarks about Jews which worse and Trump did not endorse Duke and there is absolutely zero proof or record of that, come on now. Lol

I know you don’t like the man, but....

Means nothing, when he is convicted let me know but i don't expect i'll be hearing from ya any time soon.

Yes i know its from the GOP controlled part of the Senate.

Who said anything about the possibility of Don Jr. being convicted? You really don't know what subpoena means, do ya mate?

5 ( +6 / -1 )

he can just ignore the subpoena with no repercussions under the precedent already set by Hillary's IT guy.

-7 ( +0 / -7 )

Work for Trump, go to jail. One wonders why Barr was so stupid to entwine himself in this position.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Democrats: "If we can't prove you broke the law against us and lock you up, we'll lock you up for not breaking the law for us!"

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

You really don't know what subpoena means

I know exactly what it means, he's being called to testify about the meeting to get dirt on Hillary but I also know the false connotations you all like to put around, remember Mueller did not recommend an indictment on Don jr.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

The horse is dead a million times over, yet the Democrats keep kicking it, lol.

DNC 2020 slogan: Show me the man and I'll show you the crime.

The horse is dead a million times over, yet the Democrats keep kicking it, lol.

Like you guys and Hillary. Tee Hee!

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Trump and his followers don’t care for the truth, so this is no surprise. It’s a continual difficulty when hiding what’s written is the goal and not looking for what is in the Mueller investigation or releasing Trump’s taxes are an issue. Excuses can be made and obfuscating reasoning are possible, but not right. Cowardly acts of non transparent behavior is the calling card of this administration and its followers.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Gee that jail is gonna be full. Of course The Don will pardon himself and the rest of the family, well they can sort it for themselves i suppose.

You conservstives sure are soft on crime committed by white people. When did you all abandon that tough on crime thing? Oh, that's correct; when you coughed up your integrity to Donny.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

DNC 2020 slogan: Show me the man and I'll show you the crime.

RNC 2020 Slogan: "Individual -1 - Who Needs the First Woman President; Re-elect America's First Un-Indicted Co-conspirator"...

I know exactly what it means, he's being called to testify about the meeting to get dirt on Hillary but I also know the false connotations you all like to put around, remember Mueller did not recommend an indictment on Don jr.

The meeting that Don Jr lied about during previous testimony, the meeting that he said his father didn't know about ahead of time, and the meeting that his father dictated a response on that was false, then lied about that...

Omar just said an anti-Semitic remarks about Jews which worse and Trump did not endorse Duke and there is absolutely zero proof or record of that, come on now. Lol

I know you don’t like the man, but....

Omar is a dodge. David Duke's support for Trump is in black and white;

“We are determined to take our country back,” Duke said from the rally, calling it a “turning point.” “We are going to fulfill the promises of Donald Trump. That’s what we believed in. That’s why we voted for Donald Trump, because he said he’s going to take our country back.”

And Donnie's support for white supremacists is also in black and white;

“You also had some very fine people on both sides.”

Turn your spin cycle off - you can't spin what's in black and white...

I think the Dems need to move to impeach Trump.

I think so too. It’s the fastest way of digging their graves.

Not because I think they will be successful, but because I think they have a duty to. It's clear Trump tried to fire Mueller,

Which he can do constitutionally.

and it's clear he tried to get the White House lawyer to lie for him about it. That alone should require more action that just press releases from Democrats.

They have the votes, so they should go for it, I want them to try it.

And it's about time for the Dems to drop this notion that shame will somehow come into play and make things right again. We are seeing Trump supporters openly support his unethical and illegal behavior.

What about the illegal Democrats behavior! Democrats want Barr to fall into their trap. He   Knows that if he goes behind the DOJ and give them the documents then he is in law violation.

They just don't get that Trump is temporary and the transfer of power from the Legislative to the Executive Branch will be permanent long after he's gone.

Will that apply ever to Democrats?

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

So, in some way, I agree with you. If the Dems aren't going to impeach him, they should drop it and move on and shift to policy leadership. But that would also make them complicit in reducing our government's checks and balances.

They can’t even reign in Ilhan Omar, Coons, Horono and Nadler, the people with the biggest mouths.

So you support Barr in finding out who lied and who got the ball rolling on who leaked and what was and who was responsible for that fake dossier?

I agree that none of these things will change much on the ground. Trump's taxes could have all kinds of dirty deeds. It won't dent his support from his base. It could show he owes Russia billions, pays 500 imported Chinese workers a year, and reduces his taxes to nothing while the working man pays. They don't care.

No and why should they care, he was a businessman before he got into politics, if it were now, I would be more critical, but this....it’s really hilarious.

But, someday Trump will be gone, and so will all of us, and we've got to put on record that there were people who stood up against it. If things get too out of tilt with our government we need to keep reminding ourselves that it needs to change back again.

I’m rooting for Trump to standup to the bullies of the Democrats, the socialists and the PC  crowd.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

I’m rooting for Trump to standup to the bullies of the Democrats, the socialists and the PC  crowd.

I'm rooting for Trump to stand up to our enemies like Putin and stick a finger in his chest and say don't ever interfere in our election, or our friends, again...

Instead he bows down and licks Putin's boots...

Putin's Poodle....

Which he can do constitutionally

Unless it was to obstruct justice, which it very clearly was.

What about the illegal Democrats behavior! Democrats want Barr to fall into their trap. He   Knows that if he goes behind the DOJ and give them the documents then he is in law violation

What about? But? What about?! Completely irrelevant.

So you support Barr in finding out who lied and who got the ball rolling on who leaked and what was and who was responsible for that fake dossier?

So, you support the Dems continuing to investigate Donny to determine whether he's under the thumb of foreign powers that bankroll him.

No and why should they care, he was a businessman before he got into politics, if it were now, I would be more critical, but this....it’s really hilarious.

Super called that. What a shocker.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Unless it was to obstruct justice, which it very clearly was.

You don’t know that, Mueller, his 19 angry Democrats and 40 FBI agents couldn’t prove it, but Nadler, the man that desperately tried to block the Starr report from seeing daylight can miraculously? Lol

What about? But? What about?! Completely irrelevant.

I know, it’s no fun when the tables are being turned on ya’.

So, you support the Dems continuing to investigate Donny to determine whether he's under the thumb of foreign powers that bankroll him.

I want the Dems to waste as much time hounding Trump and to keep their focus on Trump while he sneaks into his second term.

Super called that. What a shocker.

Im shocked that the Dems never....no, I’m not shocked actually.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

You don’t know that, Mueller, his 19 angry Democrats and 40 FBI agents couldn’t prove it,

Absolutely and demonstrably incorrect.

I know, it’s no fun when the tables are being turned on ya’.

It's not possible to turn the tables with irrelevance.

I want the Dems to waste as much time hounding Trump and to keep their focus on Trump while he sneaks into his second term.

Then stop screeching about what they are doing.

Im shocked that the Dems never....no, I’m not shocked actually.

Nobody is shocked by yet another irrelevant comment.

What about the illegal Democrats behavior! Democrats want Barr to fall into their trap.

They got the Barr Trap from ACME. Huge box propped on a stick with a piece of cheese under it.

He   Knows that if he goes behind the DOJ and give them the documents then he is in law violation*

What is "law violation"? That the new amusement park for barely literates?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Absolutely and demonstrably incorrect.

They didn’t like Trump, none of them were his supporters and yet, most of the angry lawyers supported and donated at certain points to Hillary’s campaign and one even represented her in the White Water case, so it’s safe to say, they weren’t happy with Trump, in fact, down right ticked off at him.

It's not possible to turn the tables with irrelevance.

No, it’s just that Barr is going to get to the bottom this and the most beautiful thing about is, the Democrats hopelessly can’t do a darn thing about it.

Then stop screeching about what they are doing.

Like you I’m voicing my opinion as an American.

Nobody is shocked by yet another irrelevant comment.

Pinned down, again, I get it.

What is "law violation"? That the new amusement park for barely literates?

Let me inform you, the law Congress passed to NOT allow classified Grand Jury material to be released, the Democrats know this since they put their John Hancock’s on the document, so if they don’t like the law THEY passed, change it and then get all and everything they want, but they won’t and the reason why is, they know full well that one day if they ever come to power again, if they were to change the law, the Republicans could do the exact same thing. That’s why Barr and everyone else is calling their bluff. The Dems are full of it and they know it, this is one political stunt that is already backfiring in their faces.....again.
