As usual the anti-Trump media is trying to set rhetorical traps. What President Trump is doing is showing Putin that an adversarial relationship isn’t necessary if he’s willing to deal. Same thing he did with North Korea.

The headline is misleading: it should read some media outlets. Both Rupert Murdoch and Putin's global media outlets say things are fine, that the problem is their competitors in the media reporting this event from perspectives different from theirs.
And the pro-Trump media continues to laud PutinTrump. The new 'global' order PutinTrump and their media have been pushing is well underway.

It must finally be clear, to any sane and rational person, that we have a traitor in the White House.
He and his complicit band of GOP enablers must go, ASAP!!
Anderson Cooper nailed it.

You mean like Fox News? Trump's con-job of blaming the media for everything only fools those who refuse to believe. "But holy moly."

Trump is a gullible idiot who believes whatever the last person to speak to him says. All previous interaction is immediately expunged from the tiny memory buffer. Putin says he didn't do it, so he can't have done it - is the extent of Trump's 'analysis' of the situation. Dealmaker my ostrich!

Perhaps the media is being too harsh on Trump. He was in Helsinki to meet with his boss for his bi-annual performance review. And by all accounts his boss was pleased with his performance - after all, he achieved all set goals - and was rewarded with a football made in China.
