Sounds plausible, but who knows. Certainly NOT a justification for cold blooded murder.

What is known is that an individual had access to a gun he should not have had in that situation and used it to murder innocents. Like thousands of other Americans have done and seem to be doing with increasing frequency. The more guns in circulation, the more likely they'll be used to murder. America's disease. One the NRA is lobbying to spread throughout the globe.
