He free to visit any country he wants.

Free to visit any country he wants...yes...but much of the world obliged to arrest him.

The conversation between a couple of outcast fascist war criminals:

Kimmie: Hey Vlad, come to Pyongyang and let’s talk crap arms for oil.

Puttie: which crap arms, yours or mine?

Kimmie: Ours.

Putin: What a relief. We are almost out of 3rd tier arms. Da, would be good to break bread with you.

Kimmie: Can you bring some bread?

He free to visit any country he wants.

Laughable.

Putin is certainly not "free" to visit anywhere in the democratic world.

7 ( +15 / -8 )

Again we don't need to see these loser leaders.

1 ( +11 / -10 )

If and when the war in Ukraine war ends, the west and Putin will be Luvu Luvu again and money will start talking again.

Russia can't do without the west, and the west can't do without the west, if it wasn't for Russia who know how far east Hitler would have gone!? an undeniable fact.

“As Russia continues to seek international support to sustain its illegal and brutal war against Ukraine, we reiterate that no country should give Putin a platform to promote his war of aggression and otherwise allow him to normalize his atrocities,” a U.S. Embassy spokesperson in Vietnam said in a statement.

So, is Netanyahu's visit to the US still on? Certainly, the terms illegal, brutal, war of aggression, and atrocities apply to what he's doing.

No, we won’t. Putie has Quadaffi-ed himself. He will never be welcome in civil society again.

Russia and NK have had a relationship for decades.

6 ( +9 / -3 )

not a relationship like this one now, totally aligned and cooperating against Biden and his “sanctions”

“Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in North Korea late Tuesday night, after saying the two countries want to cooperate closely to overcome U.S.-led sanctions in the face of intensifying confrontations with Washington.”

-12 ( +3 / -15 )

In the past, Trump asserted that he had resolved the issue with "Dear Leader Kim."

“Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in North Korea late Tuesday night, after saying the two countries want to cooperate closely to overcome U.S.-led sanctions in the face of intensifying confrontations with Washington.”

The USA has put sanctions on two dictatorship terrorist nations.

Notice how only far-right extremists who support Putin, and love letters from North Korea, are saying there is something wrong with those sanctions?

8 ( +12 / -4 )

In the past, Trump asserted that he had resolved the issue with "Dear Leader Kim."

He told us he had "love letters" from Kim to prove it.

It never fails to amaze me how all residents of buildings in NK are awake at the same time, the same pattern of lights used in all apartments is also intriguing.. It almost feels like its all for show.

One fascist dictatorship has a surplus of crap artillery shells but no oil.

The other fascist dictatorship has a surplus of oil but a shortage of crap munitions.

It’s called comparative advantage and trade.

(They didn’t teach this in the on-line business school?)

That the UN and its individual member states are powerless or indifferent is not the fault of any one administration.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

Laugh at NK all you want, but no country has done as much to keep their roads car-free as they have.

5 ( +8 / -3 )

Russia is not capable of manufacturing its own munitions supplies and needs the help of a third country.

6 ( +9 / -3 )

lol This isn't true. China and Russia helping North Korea evade sanctions etc. is the reason North Korea can even exist.

If and when the war in Ukraine war ends, the west and Putin will be Luvu Luvu again and money will start talking again..................No, we won’t.

Oh yes, it will. Big money talks, some "experts" might hate it but their opinion is pretty irrelevant.

Two vassals that serve at the pleasure of their Emperor Xi...

Xi has subjugated both their countries into the Greater Sino-Sphere, and will use and manipulate both for China's self-interest...

“Passing through charmingly lit streets of Pyongyang at night, the top leaders exchanged their pent-up inmost thoughts..." KCNA reported.

Very romantic.

Guess which country will suddenly make another, rapid advance in ICBM development.

He free to visit any country he wants.

There are a few I'd like to see him try...

North Korea is one of the very few places that Putin can visit without fear of being arrested to jail. The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Putin. This is in connection with the forced deportation of children during the war from Ukraine to Russia1, which is recognized as a crime under the Rome statute1.

11 ( +13 / -2 )

He free to visit any country he wants.

Yes, please try to visit the US for example. It would be fun when he is arrested.

International Criminal Court arrest warrants for Vladimir Putin.

Good one UCP. Plus one, lol.

And yet again, you read and comment on an article about "these loser leaders" that you apparently "don't need to see". LOL dude.

Imagine being so free of historical knowledge that you would happily sign up to "North Korea did nothing wrong".

Imagine being so free of historical knowledge that you would happily sign up to "North Korea did nothing wrong".

Yes, imagine being so bereft of any knowledge on the subject that one could make such a statement.

Just look at wiki for a breakdown.

On April 26–28, 2001, North Korean Defense Minister Vice-Marshal Kim Il-chol visited Moscow, and a deal on bilateral cooperation in the defense industry and military equipment was signed between him and Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov.[42] During Kim's visit, the two governments also signed a so-called "framework of intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the military industry" and a deal between the two defense ministries.

Putin wants to give North Korean leadership a one off Navy of sorts. That's what this meeting is about.

Tactical Nuclear submarines and new ships that can take the North Korean Hwasong 18- Translation. Its carbon copy of the Russian Topol-M. They are one in the same. If Kim has three tactical Subs with nukes and some new ships.

The balance in the APAC will shift tremendously. That's the help Putin comes with. Japan will have to work on having its own stationary first strike ability. A relationship that spans decades. Once a Communist. Always a Communist. And they run together. Like peas in a pod.

Neither of these countries is actually communist.

They are authoritarian dictatorships, they don't follow the tenets of communism.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

Time for the ridiculous sanctions to end against NK, but also everyone else, as a new multipolar world is built and the collective west's hegemonic Vampire Ball comes to an end.

-7 ( +2 / -9 )

@Strangerland.....

Oh please.

They are authoritarian dictatorships, they don't follow the tenets of communism?

You make me laugh as buy into what media and the world want you to believe.

Okay, yeah, On the surface. Package it anyway you like.

Please do not make me laugh. I am living expert on North Korea. Since my Grand Dad was one of the 33,739 who died on its beaches and one the 4,267 Marines that died.

Kim is Communist to the bone or even worse than to this day!

Both Putin and Kim worship Vladimir Lenin as a God. This is a known fact.

Little history for you.

Officially, the WPK is a communist party guided by Kimilsungism–Kimjongilism, a synthesis of the ideas of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. The party is committed to Juche, an ideology attributed to Kim Il Sung which promotes national independence and development through the efforts of the popular masses. Although Juche was originally presented as the Korean interpretation of Marxism–Leninism, the communist party now presents it as a freestanding philosophy. The WPK recognizes the ruling Kim family as the ultimate source of its political thought. But still communists. The fourth party conference, held in 2012, amended the party rules to state that Kimilsungism–Kimjongilism was "the only guiding idea of the party". You can re-package all you like and call it authoritarian dictatorship. We in government call it straight up in your face over the top Communism on steroids.

Oh please.

You make me laugh as you buy into what media and the world want you to believe.

Google the tenets of communism bruh. Tell me which ones these two nations are following.

I'm waiting.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

@Strangerland.

No need to debate. Present your factual belief all you like on Google. Or Wiki or whatever.

Or here is an idea. Join me on front line over here in Korea, Bruh. Can even take you down to the DMZ.

I will have overwhelmed you with so much evidence of very well and alive somewhat functioning Communist North Korea. You can make your own assessment. I give no.........hmms.

But you know and I know. It is not going to happen, Its fantasy.

I have a pretty good idea on your stance politically and on most of the reading material published here on JT.

As I read what you write and find it a great source of humor for myself at times. Not all you write but most of what you write. Or comment on. And please. Never stop.

Look, your spectrum of belief is yours and yours alone. I respect it and remain respectful.

I do not challenge your belief's or others. No need.

But my own beliefs are mine. So, not be rude, you can stay in your lane. I will stay in mine.

Were never going to see eye to eye on this. No ones right. No ones wrong. The area is too wide on this.

I am the exact opposite of everything you believe in. This I know.

And I get real no satisfaction arguing in threads and could care less about + & -'s of other readers who like to vote up or down on stories and comments here on JT. Its just dumb. I seek no approval from others.

Once again, the media does not even try to explain the background. Of course NK and Russia are being pushed ever closer together now, by the Western sanctions and actions against Russia. Russia has ressources, and NK has manufacturing capacity (a lot of it military related) and cheap labour. It is a natural fit, and the result of Western actions. None of this would have been necessary, look at Blinken et al find the reason for all of this.

Many Western senior diplomats and scholars (like Profs. Mearsheimer and Sachs) have been trying to point this out, but the mainstream press ignores them.

Once again, the pro-Kremlin mob does not explain the background. What's the reason for such sanctions/actions in the first place? Russian aggression.

(Cue tired Kremlin propaganda lines like "NATO expansion," "denazification," "liberation of ethnic Russians," "color revolution," etc. etc. etc.)
