President Trump’s second meeting with HRH!

May he have many more!

@Zichi

What are you talking about?

Her Majesty has willingly met some awful characters in her time-President Trump could never be compared!

Where is the dignity now?

So the proven scammer and known liar is meeting the queen.

Great.

HMG has always invited countless unsavory "friends" and allies to meet the Queen. It's an unenviable but unavoidable part of her duties to entertain a motley assortment of scumbags who visit for a photo op with royalty.

As if British politics isn't already in chaos, Trump has now decided to interfere in British politics, pushing his right wing agenda. This comment from Pompeo " U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told Britain last month it needed to change its attitude towards China and Huawei,"  TOLD Britain , the arrogance on the man. Trump and his underlings have no credibility when trying to interfere in British , or for that matter any soveriegn nations politics. The US is collapsing within, healthcare, gun violence, poverty, homelessness, human rights, infrastructure and more , now wants to drag Britain down the same path. Trump the UK doesn't want yours or your cultists interference in its politics, if the UK wants to deal with China or any country whats so ever, that the UK's decision. The main reason for Brexit so the UK could trade with whoever it wanted, so the UK doesn't want to be tied to the US or its chaotic foreign and domestic policies. This is just a huge PR stunt for Trump, he is only interested in himself and nothing else. The pictures of the Queen with Trump, and Prince Philip is an insult to the UK and degrading the House of Windsor, fortunately Trump isn't the first or won't be the last to cause insult to the British monarchy and its citizens.

She’s met a few scumbags in her time.

What would you say to a man who said he could have ‘nailed’ the dead mother of your grandchildren?

Act dignified and say ‘Pleased to meet you’?

The good Mayor of London needs to mind his own bloody business. His job is to keep the streets clean and hand out parking tickets, not stick his nose into other affairs. I don't blame the President for slapping him down, he needed to have his ego punctured.

As for interfering in the affairs of other countries, I can think of a certain ex-President who threatened the UK that they would have to go to the "back of the line" if they were so crass as to vote to leave the EU.

@u_s__reamer

But it is much more than a photo-op isn’t it?

After Japan where President Trump was the first head of state to meet Naruhito and now in the UK for his SECOND meeting with Queen Elizabeth.

So, all the haters and doubters can cast any size stone they wish but obviously the elite in the world know much better, eh!

I actually feel sorry for the Royal family, having to out up with this idiot and his family. At least they won't have them staying over.

Let's hope Trump has learnt some manners and basic etiqutte since his last visit, when he made the an old woman stand in the blazing heat for 20 minutes becuse he was late, barged in front of her when walking and talked nonsense. Nope, already he's restarted with chidish bickering with London's mayor and complained about the telly. What an idiot.

So 20 years ago, on the Howard Stern show, Trump jokingly replies to Stern's question of "you could have nailed her, right?" in the affirmative. So now we can go grievance mining for comedic interviews done last century? Besides, Diana was in fact known for her adultery, sleeping with more than one man while still married to the Prince of Wales.

At last! We’ve got one!

Do you think he should apologise? What would you do if someone said that about your deceased mum?

Was that a Fist punch greet between the two ?

I don't understand why the British people are so Anti-Trump - what exactly has he done against them ?

Can someone fill me in please ... bullet points would be nice.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

I doubt most in the UK would prefer a no-deal Brexit to what you have now.

I don't understand why the British people are so Anti-Trump

Because he's a dumb, useless corrupt criminal. When the world needed a leader we got a kleptocrat. Easy to see if you don't need to choose a team.

"America isn't sending their best....they're sending molesters, scammers, liars..."

Ever what sort of special stem cell or other treatments those in high power get ?

Trump got quite a welcome and 0bama watching in envy even though he bowed to her :)
