It would be good to engage in talks with the DPRK again. Despite the many times it's stalled in the past; it's better to have meaningful dialogue than stick with the sabre rattling and rising tensions.

If he visits NK, he would probably be arrested and jailed with some fake charges. Talk? Sure, but in a neutral area.

@Toasted ... While I agree that dialogue is better than war, and I also agree that it is needed now, I just don't see what more can be done to get the DPRK to walk away from their nuclear ambitions. Still, I'm glad that Moon won and is willing to talk. I just hope it will yield positive results.
