On January 20th the final tally of votes occurs.

According to the Constitution, only Certified and Signed Electoral Votes may be counted.

I watched a Harvard Neurosurgeon at prestigious hospital in Maryland make a compelling argument about voter misconduct in swing states on YouTube at the Trump support gathering in DC. He did made a good argument and would consider him well spoken and extremely educated.
