His unfounded belief is that coronavirus is something of a "hoax" and that the USA will be somehow protected from it by willpower, or something.

Over the next few months, the virus is likely to spread rapidly which will expose how wrong he has been, and how unprepared the country is.

He will try to respond is his characteristic fashion (deny/blame Democrats or foreigners), based on his approach of being able to fool some of the people all of the time.

But when his core vote of poorly educated white voters is hit, how will they respond at the ballot box?

I say let him have his rallies and see what happens. If he thinks that it is hoax, or it will disappear like the flu in summer which is not true, then let tRump walk the walk and talk the talk.
