Who is a reliable ally then? Japan? Thought they attacked you when you weren't looking.

Tsar Vlad has already helped Trump, now Trump's paying him back. The new 'global' order is in place. Global corporatocracy (maybe better called authoritarian capitalism?) run by a handful of despots is replacing democracy, as some of us knew it.
Dango bong
he did not pull out, he announced the day before he would leave early to denuclearize NK for the entire world's benefit. AND he is not attacking Canada, he is saying he wants equal trade. Such slanted journalism.

Wow, Trump's attacks are getting way more personal! No so called world leader should resort to such vicious ad hominen attacks. Really strong words.

Trump never really progressed beyond being a pro wrestling promoter. In his infantile mind, world affairs are merely a grudge match between the Masked Destroyer and Haystacks Calhoun.

Before leaving for his historic Summit meeting with the NOKOs in Singapore, President Trump called on the other attendees to make the G7 a tariff- and subsidy-free zone. Our president did this to expose those leaders that they were never serious about playing on an economic level field with the U.S.
President Trump knows this cabal is comprised of economic vultures, and they don't want to see their Red, White and Blue gravy train on biscuit wheels to roll out of the station, never to return. Is there anyone who thinks countries like France and Germany want honest trade? To do so would mean they would have to pay for things like their own defense completely which would significantly curb funding for their socialst paradises.

It takes a special kind of hypocrite to say you're going to sign a communique, then renege on that promise, using the claim that the other people are dishonest and duplicitous to justify your backing out.
Toasted Heretic
By nepotism, cronyism, collusion, promoting his business, arming terrorist states, reneging on Paris, Iran?
Hmmm.
goldorak
@hakman, come on, Trump never talked about 'Trudeau's stance' on anything he called him weak & dishonest. That's playing the man, not the ball.
bass4funk
He actually left out a few more adjectives.
Pukey2
Do what Bill Maher dared to do. Call him 'fat'.
Wolfpack
So Trudeau is a jingoistic nationalist now? Where is the international outrage over Canada’s defense of its self interest over the global collective? Seems Trudeau is attempting to ‘Keep Canada Great’ by screwing over American farmers.
Wolfpack
So if Hillary won the election and a right leaning talk show host dared to actually call her what she is - fat - would the Left be cool with that? I didn’t think so.
Strangerland
When that’s what you’re dealing with, it’s what you have to do.
America was never dealing with that though. Trump just started whining.

Media in meltdown mode over Trump's trip to G7 summit

You're right. It wouldn't be cool. And you know why. Because Clinton does not have a history of making fun of people's appearances or health.
As for calling Trump fat, it's called payback. This misogynistic man-child has fat-shamed women, and degraded them with personal attacks on their appearances. Someone needs to show this orangutan a mirror. He is not exactly God's gift to women himself. His money, maybe, but not his body.
A fat person who fat shames other people deserves to have it thrown back in his face.

Trump wants to punish Canada for a trade deficit that is either unclear or nonexistent.
Trump wants to punish Canada for a security threat it does not pose.
Trump takes a hose to the EU and Japan.
Meanwhile Trump takes a soft touch approach to Russia, moans about Putin not being allowed at the summit, and takes an axe to his own Justice Department and intelligence agencies for investigating Russian meddling. Geez, whooda thought.
And his supporters lap it up as an assertion of US power. The new America.
TrevorPeace
@Burning Bush, to say 'Canada has never been a reliable ally for the US anyways, time to dump them', is one of the dumbest things I've ever read on JT. You obviously have no idea about the matter.
gelendestrasse
I think Burning Bush was being cynical...
I have to agree though, what could you possibly have against Canadians?
Strangerland
I think Burning Bush was being Russian.
lostrune2
Much of the Canadian oil sands crude already goes to the US at a hefty price discount
And the US even wants to extend that Keystone Pipeline all the way to the south
Good luck extending that pipeline

Yet buried within Trump’s braggadocio is a kernel of truth. Canada, in some small but important ways, has indeed “outsmarted” the United States on trade, and it is not entirely irrational for Americans to be unsatisfied with the Canada side of the NAFTA status quo.
Not sure about that......
Not hard enough in my opinion.
With the second largest superpower, yeah, I kinda would try to at least be cordial with them to an extent.
So he should just stay silent on a bogus witch hunt. Uh-huh.....
No, they just won't be spoon-fed or hypnotically led by the left into thinking it's just another normal day at the office.

America has been robbing the world for too long. We've seen it in their middle east approach, starting wars to feed their oil addiction. This has resulted in them having the largest economy in the world by ripping us off. America needs to pay, we cannot let them rob us anymore. The world needs to stand up to America the robber bullies.
bass4funk
America has given the world far, far more than what is worth for over 120 years.
Cars and planes don’t run on vegetable oil, but soon that will change as we are about to be the largest oil producers and then can give the world an even better deal on crude oil. Take that OPEC!
Maybe Europe should give up its socialist programs, that’s a start....
ROFL...what in blazes are you talking about....oh, the liberal Unicornverse in action
plasticmonkey
@bass
So now you think Canada may be a security threat? Oh my . . .
Strangerland
Heh, you know that feeling you got? That is literally what the rest of the world thinks when Trump tries to claim that the US, biggest economy in the world, is getting robbed. I wrote that statement literally as I expected your response would be something along these lines.
