Someone who is truly deserving of praise for something they do well, let's others doing the talking.
When you are forced to praise yourself for something that you think you do well, and you have to shout it out to the world, I think it just shows you really dont know wtf you are on about!

Good on President Trump.

A bit like people who have to write "LOL" or "ROTFL" after their own "funny" comments.
Still, Trump does have seem to have a knack for getting what he personally wants, even if it never works out very well for anyone else.

let me help the slanted journalist and their editors:
there was evidence of this (with no proof Trump knew) while Obama was President and he did not thing about it
he asked them to pay their fair share as any reasonable person would
why doesn't the FBI get the DNC servers and check them?
this reeks of bias slanted journalism, you could say "Trump, the President who has the world economy on a 60 year high and joblessness at historical lows."
The Democrats and Obama should be blamed for Russian meddling, because they knew and did nothing about it.
Some people need to get a job

Trump's actions and words are so perverse, I have to ask myself whether he is, in fact, mentally ill.
He really seems to me to be detached from reality in some significant way.
He seems to have an infinite capacity to justify words and behaviors that any well-adjusted adult would recognize as ill-advised in the extreme.
I think we all have a lot to fear.
bass4funk
Because you can’t see our laughing faces. Lol
Hmmmm....for liberals, I think you’re right.
Impossible. Obama and Bush’s former physician has said that his health is outstanding and he passed every mental cognitive test the disappointment of the left, so that myth has been debunked.
To me, I really believe that the Democrats are detached.
When it comes to the left, I do hope so.
Laguna
That must have been very expensive game of golf.

"I think we all have a lot to fear."
The only fear you have . . . is to fear yourself.

In the UK, Saturday is traditionally part of what we call ‘the weekend’ and many people don’t work on that day.
Blacklabel
Yeah I love how liberal heads explode when a guy whose job has 24/7 responsibilities takes a couple of hours off to play golf on the weekend. At his own golf course that he owns. How dare he have some time for himself to recharge!
Haaa Nemui
Where does it say in the article that people were protesting against him because he was playing golf?
Slickdrifter
I carry a 2 HCP as of today. I dream of playing a round the courses Trump owns. Aberdeen is an amazing all inspiring place and links golf. Putting politics aside for a moment.

Gorgeous!
Blacklabel
Protesters tried to be cute and fly a message at the golf course that said trump is “well below par”. Which doesn’t have their intended meaning....at a golf course. Liberal fail again.
It’s obvious they aren’t protesting that he’s playing golf. I’m talking about the liberal media and people here who get their knickers in a bind everytime Trump touches a golf club.
CNN keeps a running tally with days they can prove and other days they can’t probe but suspect. The guy can’t have a couple hours off?
Haaa Nemui
Ok. This isn't CNN. Where does anyone anti-Trump mention anything about golf in the comments? Nobody here is making an issue about the golf apart from yourself and one other Trump supporter... Not those opposed to Trump. He should be free to unwind just as Obama should have been or any other president for that matter. The golf doesn't matter.
Toasted Heretic
It was Friday evening. You know, the weekend. Where billionaires play golf and that kind of thing.
How do you know the protester was unemployed and why shouldn't he or she spend his or her weekend protesting?
Haaa Nemui
@Slickdrifter - thanks for that. I don't play golf but that place looks impressive.
katsu78
We should allow Trump to play golf without distraction. He needs this. Everyone needs to give themself a day to relax and clear their head before their big performance review with their boss.
CrazyJoe
Folks, we are at war, while the Russians are attacking us, and our democratic institutions, republicans in congress are attacking our Law enforcement institution, and the heroes that are defending the nation like Robert Muller, Rod Rosenstein, Peter Strzok, etc. We have a big Trojan Horse in the middle of Washington DC and it is full of republican traitors selling the nation for a few Rubles...
PTownsend
Then let me. I don’t have problem with Trump playing golf. Obviously he needs time away from pressures. Just like Obama who Trump criticized for playing golf.
But, his various golf courses are profiting from his numerous outings and the American taxpayers are the ones paying. Smells like another conflict of interest to add to the growing list.
Of course if he’d release his FULL tax info, not the ones he stiffed Maddow with, the public might learn how much we’re paying and how much he’s profiting.
And please spare me ‘he’s just being a good businessperson’. To me a good businessperson doesn’t need government subsidies.
Blacklabel
Yes it would be great if Trump could golf somewhere or eat somewhere or just relax somewhere he doesn’t own.
But thanks to the unhinged left, he can only go places where he controls the security.
Btw the American taxpayers pay for all the presidential trips and golfing and security of all presidents, not just this one. Perk of the job.
wtfjapan
The guy can’t have a couple hours off? actually two days, he could have played golf anywhere, instead he chose his own struggling golf course to help promote it all on the US /UK taxpayers dime. I mean you can see in the photo a sniper with his own man made tower, I hate to think what whole 2 days of security cost. I bet his golf resort charged the US taxpayer a bundle for him to use the course.
PTownsend
He brings his own security, fully funded by US taxpayers, EVERYWHERE he goes.
wtfjapan
I dream of playing a round the courses Trump owns. i could name plenty of world famous golf courses Trump doesnt own that would be equally if not more impressive than what Trump owns.
Jimizo
Thanks for keeping us updated on what CNN does. It’s extremely useful.
Blacklabel
So you guys missed that a Greenpeace idiot flew a glider thing with an engine right over where Trump was?
That is not only illegal but extremely stupid. Yet Greenpeace is claiming they made Trump “run away” and are just so proud of themselves on liberal media. This just proves snipers were needed and you do realize that thry couid have blown him out of the sky right?
Trump owns and controls the security at places he owns. Not talking about security people that are always with him anyway but walls and gates and physical access and staff. If the left weren’t so unhinged security costs would be less, stop it and we can save some money.

I agree that recreation is indispensable for a healthy lifestyle. But the "liberal heads explode" part - well, below is a Trump Tweet:
which could be considered racist considering America's history of excluding blacks from facilities, but I won't go there. Instead, I'll just point out the obvious: Few are more hypocritical than Trump.

I just got back fron 1978, where I had thia conversation:
Me: In 2018 half the country will think that the Russians control our elections and the president is a Russian mole.
Aother guy: That's insane! I thought that died with McCarthy. Sounds like the loony right has really gone over the bend.
Me:Guess again.
PTownsend
Did you have this 'conversation' while golfing, and if so is that why you think it pertains to this thread?
Toasted Heretic
It was brave, actually. But this is Scotland, of course.
