Trump reviews military forces in South Korea

Is he going to ask the Korean car makers that have their car making plants in the US, where they sell those cars, to make those cars in the US? (Trumpian logic)

I was thinking that the North Korean's would have seen this as an opportunity to launch a Nuclear attack upon the South, and wipe out Trump at the same time... they didn't. I wonder why ?
