Since his latest drug cocktail was added to the ones he was already taking Trump is even farther out of touch with reality.
He's amping up his SuperSpreader status, willing to infect even more people in his never ending quest to get attention.
He's become a danger to anyone he comes in contact with, and to the planet while the suitcase follows wherever he goes.
25th Amendment him before he does anymore damage.
noriahojanen
After an in-house spike, they might soon attain a herd immunity within the White House :)
But even pro-Trump pollsters are shifting their outlook.
Personally I am now more interested in Senator races.
rcch
regarding his presidency and the election, most of Trump’s problems are related to covid. people forget that Trump didn’t ask China to release the virus. all of this is “by accident”. in a world without covid, Trump would be easily re-elected ( a few months can change everything ). pretty amazing if you think about it.

Egotistical Caligula. If I were the mayor of DC i'd tell him, 'no rally. Go back to your bunker, boy!' And if I were the Governor of Florida I'd tell him, 'We don't welcome terrorists, fascists or criminals'.
Way past time to invoke the 25th Amendment. Trump is a danger and a menace to everybody.
OssanAmerica
November can't come soon enough his year. The country needs to start rebuilding itself on so many levels.
SuperLib
I'm guessing he won't be mentioning the attempted kidnapping of the Michigan governor or right-wing terrorists being the #1 threat to the country.

If some republicans are stupid enough to party with an infected person, they should not do it in America.
ulysses
trump was most likely infected when he went into the debate with Biden.
Each of the people responsible for this situation should face serious prison time.
Peter Neil
Remember the old days when Republicans used to lecture from on high about character being important?
A six-time bankrupt, draft dodging, lying, narcissist who pays off porn actresses is the leader of the "character" party. And tens of millions of Americans and a TV network hail him as the role model for a president?
It's like watching a Peter Sellers comedy movie.
Pukey2
After an in-house spike, they might soon attain a herd immunity within the White House :)
Maybe, but they've already achieved herd mentality.
This could extend to the whole Republican party, but when you talk about America and politics in the same sentence, you end up with a lot of old and/or obese men, many with underlying health conditions due to a lifetime of hamberders. I wonder what people like Chuck Grassley and Moscow Mitch think about herd immunity? Still no news on Chris Christie. This guy, who has asthma and is obese, has already spent 7 days in hospital.

The White House has declined to say when Trump last tested negative for the disease.
Because that would prove that Trump intentionally is a super spreader. He's trying to blame attendees at the gold star family meeting, and at the Supreme Court rose garden meeting for his exposure to deflect blame, when it's becoming more and more obvious and likely that he is the one who infected all of them. He's a pathetic excuse of a human.
u_s__reamer
"The Donald and the Virus" will be a tale where nobody lives "happily ever after", but don't tell it to Trump who still refuses to learn anything from his experience with the virus: "...it's a very, look, it's a tiny, tiny, linking it to a tiny little microscopic piece of dust and it gets into your nose or your mouth or your eye, frankly, or something else, or you touch something. So I understand, and then you get better." When Trump unmasked himself for his balcony photo op I imagined the ghost of Lincoln whispering into his ear, "You can fool some people some of the time, but you can't fool Covid, none of the time." Now many people are beginning to ask themselves if the 25th is the only cure for Trump's condition which is becoming head-scratchingly bizarre by the day. It has become embarrassingly obvious that all his talk and actions appear as "Hail Mary" attempts to make us believe he can carry out his duties as Potus, but most Americans are not fooled: the President has "no clothes".
Pukey2
This is not the first time republican politicians have endangered the lives of democratic politicians and even their own lot. They've had a habit of not telling others when they've either tested positive or were awaiting results. Think Rand Paul. There were other examples. And people wonder why he was beaten up by his neighbor.
dbsaiya
The New England Journal of Medicine put out a scathing editorial on the current situation, and for those who have the means should check it out. For the Trumpoids, I doubt if they'll be swayed; they'll be at the rally for "law and order" and not safety.
Pukey2

Trump is a walking virus, but the koolaid drinkers will surely come. They'd jump right off a cliff if he told them to.

"He might not have recovered without those treatments to fight his illness, he said, adding his doctors at one point told him: "You could have been very bad. You were going into a very bad phase."
Too bad for all the other Americans infected who didn't have access to helicopter evac to a world class hospital suite and an experimental stem cell drug cocktail when Trump was comparing it to a minor flu or cold.
Pukey2
I just can't decided whether he looks better with or without the one-inch thick make-up.
proxy
He is an iron man!
gaijintraveller
I still not 100% sure he really had coronavirus just as one would wonder how much reality TV is or isn't real. The military have to obey their Commander-in-Chief. His doctors were military. Their statements were not backed up by solid evidence such as charts or printouts of tests.
I would also love to know if he, his family or close associates invested in any particular drug companies before he went to hospital and received treatment.
BlackFlagCitizen
According to an article published in the Guardian, one of the COVID treatments Trump is using is derived from stem cells from elective abortions. I wonder how his right-wing, family values, pro-life supporters feel about that?
Graham DeShazo
2,000 invitations. So far 5 confirmed.
Harry_Gatto
Quite. Looks to me more likely he had a bit of a cold, used it as an excuse to claim he was a corona virus victim, went into hospital and then made a miraculous recovery saying effectively, "if I can do it so can you so don't worry about it". Like anything to do with that man the whole things stinks.
memoryfix
Such a strong guy - and leader. An inspiration to those facing or afraid of having to face a Covid diagnosis.
Nothing wrong with that, people.
Graham DeShazo
He bluffed the Debate Commission and lost. Sure, let’s put lemmings at risk as a result.
He is an utter failure as a negotiator and as a human being.
Hiro
These comments are pretty funny. People would do anything to drag the man down. First everyone was mocking him for getting it, then they all say the doctors are lying and he isn't getting better and now that he is really fine, they instead blaming him for being a super spreader and that he had hidden his infection for a long time.
My god, this is just ridiculous. I bet so many are gonna rip their hair out once he wins again. Trump 2020! Stay strong mr president. Covid has nothing on you.
Hit me with the dislikes.
iraira
When Antifa gets caught planning on kidnapping a Republican politician such as Ted Cruz or Matt Gaetz, then sure, even your general descriptive "liberals" will be expecting a Biden condemnation.
Graham DeShazo
Fauchi calls his meeting last week a super-spreader event.
So sure, let’s have another while you’re still contagious.
bass4funk
That would be the only time? That's it?
Look, this is what can happen when you keep people down for political reasons, I don't like the governor, she is keeping people locked down because she knows it hurts Trump and people and if the Dems can keep these people from working (until in their minds...Biden wins, if the election goes their way) they will continue to do that, but this Whitmer's husband got caught during the lockdown trying to move his boat and demanded respect and recognition because he's the governors wife.
Whitmer is now facing a backlash over the reported request from her husband, Marc Mallory, to get the family's boat out on the water before Memorial Day weekend, on a lake far from their home in Lansing.
*Mallory reportedly called up the dock and requested that his boat be let out on the water early, allegedly telling the owner, *"I am the husband to the governor."
I think what was going to happen to the governor was bad and these people should be in prison, but doing what she is doing and not allowing people to go back to work because it helps advances the Democrat cause, she could care less, she has everything she needs, not to mention the power of her position she wields and then this happens, it's wrong, but when I first heard the story, I was not THAT surprised, the woman is not liked and you're getting a small taste of it and if Dems think they can continue to lock down people they don't like for conservatives or people that won't vote for them, more of these incidents are bound to happen, no question about it.

And Herman Cain says from the grave; "Take my word for it, don't go"...
"Law and Order" - well, with the exception of my white supremacist militia supporters who were planning a major domestic terrorist event on our soil....after I tweeted "Liberate Michigan"...
Why don't you save all your attendees a trip Donald - and have it in a hospital parking lot - one close to the ICU wing...
Hey Kayleigh, after seeing Trump's drug-fueled, off-the-rails interviews over the past several days, we already know he is "out there"...
bass4funk
Ok, so now they don't have free will? Well, you guys are creative, I will give you that, good one. Lol
They have not, when did Biden say, he supports the police, when did Kamala say, we have to stop the violence and the rule of law and order has to prevail, she was after all a prosecutor so she....oh, never mind, we are talking about Harris and her...stained record, but when did she say she will back and support the police and they should never be defunded? Every Republican called out the virus and Biden and Harris didn't do it once they saw the polls of the people not happy that they are silent on these thugs destroying THEIR OWN communities and mostly Democrat run cities.
Talking and pushing hard for an end and supporting the police are two entirely different things, if Biden did, he would get support from them, but he doesn't because they know Biden is full of it.

bass.....hate to use the shoot the messenger style, but using National File as a source for anything but tin foil hat assembly methods is disingenuous. Didn't National File sponsor an event in Feb. 2020 with Alex Jones, the Proud Boys founder, and Nick Fuentes (Groyper founder)? Yeah, they did.

I'm remined of a 1995 Fox program with a similar level of credibility....
Alien Autopsy: Fact or Fiction....

Some impressive word salad here that would not have been out of place coming out of Trump's own mouth. Republicans "calling out" the "virus" while Biden and Harris didn't?!
I have no idea what comes out of the Trump mouthpieces sometimes.
bass4funk
Look, liberals are the last people to talk about disingenuous when they peddled a false Russian hoax conspiracy for 3 years.
Not a fan of Jones at all, but Ok. I mean, they do have the right to their opinions as well.
Toasted Heretic
Putting more people at risk, because of ego and the will to dominate.
I wonder how the Trump loyalists feel about the drug he's taking that is developed from aborted foetuses?
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/oct/08/trump-covid-drug-developed-using-cells-derived-from-abortion
Soon enough, the faithful voters will be conflicted.
bass4funk
Ahhh, libs just don't want to hear the truth. Again, you keep people down, hungry and unable to work, people will resort to doing things, crazy things that normal people won't. Even if Biden were to win and continues this senseless lockdown, it's just a matter of time before something or something similar like this will happen again, no doubt in my mind whatsoever. Time to let people live their lives, I get what the Dems are doing, but these are now the results of their draconian actions.
Toasted Heretic
A MAGA call to arms.
Remember this, next time PotUS fans are wailing about perceived violence.

Notable tyrants and mass murderers tend not to be universally adored. A vain and despicable conman, who not satisfied with overseeing the deaths of 210 thousand, is out to ensure even more die.

I saw that. Then again, his evangelical supporters sold themselves out as hypocrites a very long time ago.

So you agree that you used a poor quality source, but to you it is ok to try to pass off potentially biased information because you "feel" that this mysterious cabal of "liberals" has done it before.
Yes they, do. And they have some opinions that you seem to respect enough to use it as a source for your opinions. Among those opinions they have are numerous ones that are frighteningly repugnant to most.

That is a laughable premise. Following the suggestions of epidemiologists is somehow a political act. When you think like that where is the bottom? Read the judgement of the US Supreme Court in Jacobson vs Massachusetts 197 US (1905) where a citizen of Massachusetts was fined for refusing to take the free smallpox vaccination required by a newly passed (1897) Cambridge law during a smallpox epidemic there. The city argued that the police powers granted states gave them the authority to require all residents to receive a vaccination to prevent the further spread of an epidemic especially since the vaccination was given free of charge. Local and state courts upheld the law and also upheld the fine imposed for refusing to be vaccinated. The case made it's way through the Federal courts to the US Supreme Court. Their opinion remains valid today.
"A local enactment or regulation, even if based on the acknowledged police powers of a State, must always yield in case of conflict with the exercise by the General Government of any power it possesses under the Constitution, or with any right which that instrument gives or secures. Gibbons v. Ogden, 9 Wheat. 1, 22 U. S. 210; Sinnot v. Davenport, 22 How. 227, 63 U. S. 243; Missouri, Kansas & Texas Ry. Co. v. Haber, 169 U. S. 613, 169 U. S. 626.
We come, then, to inquire whether any right given or secured by the Constitution is invaded by the statute as interpreted by the state court. The defendant insists that his liberty is invaded when the State subjects him to fine or imprisonment for neglecting or refusing to submit to vaccination; that a compulsory vaccination law is unreasonable, arbitrary and oppressive, and, therefore, hostile to the inherent right of every freeman to care for his own body and health in such way as to him seems best, and that the execution of such a law against one who objects to vaccination, no matter for what reason, is nothing short of an assault upon his person. But the liberty secured by the Constitution of the United States to every person within its jurisdiction does not import an absolute right in each person to be, at all times and in all circumstances, wholly freed from restraint. There are manifold restraints to which every person is necessarily subject for the common good. On any other basis, organized society could not exist with safety to its members. Society based on the rule that each one is a law unto himself would soon be confronted with disorder and anarchy. Real liberty for all could not exist under the operation of a principle which recognizes the right of each individual person to use his own, whether in respect of his person or his property, regardless of the injury that may be done to others. This court has more than once recognized it as a fundamental principle that "persons and property are subjected to all kinds of restraints and burdens, in order to secure the general comfort, health, and prosperity of the State, of the perfect right of the legislature to do which no question ever was, or upon acknowledged general principles ever can be, made so far as natural persons are concerned."
Railroad Co. v. Husen, 95 U. S. 465, 95 U. S. 471; Missouri, Kansas & Texas Ry. Co. v. Haber, 169 U. S. 613, 169 U. S. 628, 169 U. S. 629; Thorpe v. Rutland & Burlington R.R., 27 Vermont 140, 148. In Crowley v. Christensen, 137 U. S. 86, 137 U. S. 89, we said: "The possession and enjoyment of all rights are subject to such reasonable conditions as may be deemed by the governing authority of the country essential to the safety, health, peace, good order and morals of the community. Even liberty itself, the greatest of all rights, is not unrestricted license to act according to one's own will. It is only freedom from restraint under conditions essential to the equal enjoyment of the same right by others. It is then liberty regulated by law."
bass4funk
I never said that
I don't think so, but again, liberals cannot in good faith talk about spreading biased information when they have been doing it for 3 years, actually longer but that's a entirely different story....
Liberals would say so, but Durham's report says otherwise.
Arrrgh-Type
Are attendees still required to sign COVID liability waivers when attending? Considering that, you know, the main speaker is likely to be highly contagious with a potentially deadly disease? Or is it just assumed that they will each get a chopper lift to Walter Reed and their own personal medical suite? Gotta dot your T's and cross your I's during a pandemic, you know.
bass4funk
I get the rant, but aside of all of that nonsense, Florida is doing fine, they can do it, they are allowing people to live their lives and allowing to work and keeping with the safe protocols and if they can do it and other red States, Michigan can do it as well, there are no excuses or rants that liberals can say to justify the lockdowns now.
So again, this is bad as well as scary and they should be locked up, but Whitmer brought sadly a lot of this on herself and the people are tired.
Peter14
Do not think a Trump loss in November is the end of the nightmare. It could well be the beginning of a whole new nightmare with Trump refusing to go peacefully. Since his immediate future financial survival requires he remain president, he will fight tooth and nail to hold on to it even when he loses the election badly. There could even be civil conflict between opposing sides because many republicans will not see the results but will only follow what their messiah says. This could be the calm before the storm. This could also be the end of America as we know it. With Trump involved, anything can happen. Anything except something good.
Toasted Heretic
Have repeated myself already. Not my fault if some people's comprehension skills are below par.
Another deflection from a question asked.
I see. Blaming the victim and an apologist for the terrorist cell.
Are there no lows the far right won't stoop to?
bass4funk
Or the same nightmare can happen if Biden loses and refuses to concede and go peacefully.
Peter14
Biden has already publicly said he will accept the results either way. Trump is the only one who has not said that, and that he (Trump) may dispute the results if he does not win.
Bob Fosse
He knows he can catch COVID a second time right? He may be all hopped up on aborted fetus medicine but that’s no guarantee of immunity.
Yeah, it’s strange his supporters are completely ignoring fetal tissue “narrative” isn’t it? I’d have imagined they’d be as outraged as trump was when the same research was used on HIV treatments.
bass4funk
I never said she wasn't a victim, she is, but these people didn't wake up and just decided to kidnap this woman, her lockdown measures and unwillingness to listen or engage the people about it didn't make her a popular person among the citizens.
Liberals will always gloss over liberal atrocities.
Obama also said, if you like your doctor you can keep him. So pardon me, but no one with a deep sense of reality believes that. These also said, impeachment was off the table and well....
Bob Fosse
Horrible, just horrible.
Toasted Heretic
Hmmm. Still making excuses for a kidnap (and possible murder) plot. I wonder what the take on it would be if it had happened to a Republican?
Not being a liberal, I wouldn't know. Good deflection, mind. Haven't heard that one for a few posts.
Toasted Heretic
The approved response probably hasn't filtered down through the hive mind, yet.

@bass4funk
One is a pledge on the result of an election, the other is a policy pledge. Like pledging that Mexico will pay for a big beautiful wall. I am sure you know the difference but a drowning man will clutch at straws. Trump is going to lose and if he disputes his loss you will see just how bad America has sunk into the mire. Biden will do what he says in accepting the election outcome either way.
Toasted Heretic
The very worst the cult has to offer? Nope, as stated before - it's going to get far, far worse over the next few weeks.
But yes, it is horrible to see the death rattles of decency and honesty in discourse and debate.
lincolnman
So Trump is starting to campaign again - I wonder who his campaign manager is?
It's currently Septien but he caught COVID in the Rose Garden...before that it was;
Pascale who beat up his wife and threatened to commit suicide....before that it was;
KellyAnne who was also at the Rose Garden and caught COVID....before that it was;
Bannon who was arrested for fraud....before that it was;
Manafort who is in jail for tax evasion....
Good luck finding someone....
bass4funk
If you think so, ok.
No, we have two parties and we won't gloss over disastrous liberal policies and legislation because they don't like it, so it is very relevant.
No, it is very relevant, Biden never said anything on conceding peacefully should he loss, so yes, it is a big concern.
bass4funk
If any Republican would do what these Democrats were doing, they would and deserve anything that would come to them except for the kidnapping part.
Hillary said the same thing and she was also ahead.
Well, no one believes that in all honesty. ROFL

bassfunk:
No, you're right, they didn't just wake up. They planned everything meticulously over a very long time, planning what weapons to use, staking out her homes, planning to blow up a bridge, thinking of hiring a boat, setting up a kangaroo court, inciting a civil war. No doubt, they were probably thinking of where to buy rope too. And all of this discussed inside their own bunker. Bunkers are getting really popular with right wing terrorists.
