This "news" article does not answer all of "The 5 W's and the H" of journalism 101 (who, what, where, when, why and how). Adm. Jackson was the physician to three presidents, so which administration was he a part of when these alleged allegations took place?

Most likely half-cut too when he was examining Trump and writing up the results of his physical. You'd have to be half-cut (or mentally insane, a plain liar, or in it for the money) if you thought Trump was in 'excellent' health. Not my words.
