Close all the tunnels and back away from the border create a demilitarized zone.

And stop killing innocent refugees

Israel has stated its war on Gaza will continue into 2025.

With all the Israeli air and other surveillance , how do vehicles /trucks carrying weapons etc., on the Egypt side, go un noticed. ?

Seems passing strange.

Hasn't the UN ordered a halt to the Raffa operation ? What happened to that ?

The Hamas fighters are re emerging in the areas Israel claimed to have cleared.

That's not a defeat for Hamas .

Israel is fighting a war it cant win militarily ....

The millions of imprisoned Palestinians are not going anywhere, although to be blunt Israel is seeking extermination of whole parts of this population.

It is also most shocking that the IDF deliberately targets the best Gaza has in the civilian population....doctors, health workers, aid workers, journalists , police and security , and other professional groups.

Israel is losing all moral rights or beliefs it claimed to have.

The world has turned on Israel

War criminals!

Can we assume that this Genocide will end soon now that the IGF took control of the smuggling tunnels which will decrease the flow of arms to Hamas??

I doubt it very much, Netanyahu plans is to empty Gaza and somehow evacuate it's people so he and his Zio. partners can take the land like the rest of Palestine.

Stay tuned for the next phase of slow and painful Extermination via poisoned drinking water, foods, medicines, fires, starvations, and more.

Nailed it

Some news outlets are reporting crossfire between Egyptian and Israeli soldiers.

-8 ( +3 / -11 )

Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Israel are besties, no cross fires.

-5 ( +2 / -7 )

John- there has been crossfire. 1 Egyptian soldier confirmed dead

67% reduction of aid crossing the border.

Good

Denying aid to civilians under occupation is a war crime.

Egypt has repeatedly expressed concerns that the Israeli offensive could push Palestinian across the border.

Nice try, when it comes to this issue, egypt and israel are all aligned, given the history both egypt and jordon donot want them.

The move comes as Israel has deepened its incursion into the southern Gaza city of Rafah, where hundreds of thousands of people seeking shelter from fighting elsewhere had been displaced, and where intensifying violence in recent days has killed dozens of Palestinians.

None of these tactical military moves would be necessary if the people occupying Hamas did not engage in or support terrorism.

This is war.

I know Jorden already has a million plus displaced Palestinians living there

Unsure of Egypt's figures, but displaced Palestinians live as far away as South America.

So unsure where the "given the history, Egypt and Jordan don't want them " comment comes from.

I am reminded of how countries "didn't want them " when the refugees fleeing were Jews fleeing Europe pre war.

A famous/notorious history of the ship laden with Jewish refugees denied entry to safe ports including UK and other nations. {I think USA and Australia denied entry }

A casual, probably unreflective or unconscious racism can infect ones comments and narrative.

Using "them " to describe a group one considers the "other " may be indicative of this.

Zibala above....none of these tactical moves would be necessary if Israel hadn't treated Gaza as a laboratory to test surveillance products {and exported this technology } and at the same time created what was described as the world's largest open air prison.

I wont need to restate the total blockade of Gaza where even CHICKS {baby hens } were denied import.

Cant have Hamas chickens .

A nasty blockade designed to dehumanise and make nearly impossible the chance of a half way decent existence.

Israel is reaping what it sowed.

Displaced since the establishment of that independent Aran state in which they became Jordan citizens after leaving the Mandate of Palestine region?

It's Israel's land yet despite that Israelis have not live there for almost two decades. Israel can do what they want.

And they are.

And nothing will stop them--especially the antisemitic rants.

Israel strong!

-13 ( +0 / -13 )

"Israel can do what they want "

And how is that working out for them ?

International pariah state, before the UN's top Courts, arrest warrants sought by UN Courts for the Israel PM and Defence Minister., various nations dropping International relations, various nations assessing trade links or banning arms exports....the list goes on.

As for the "anti semitic " slur ....I'm no more anti semite than I am anti Vegemite.

Peace strong.!

And mate...your comments are deadly boring and repetitive.

"Still, it has yet to achieve its main goals of dismantling Hamas and returning scores of hostages captured in Hamas' Oct. 7 attack that triggered the war."

Israel will have a tough time 'dismantling Hamas', but Hamas could capture some moral high ground by returning the hostages. The hostages can't be providing any real protection for Hamas. Releasing them would make Hamas look good in the eyes of the world. Why don't they do it? Wouldn't you if you were them?

In other news, Mossad threatened a former ICC prosecutor and their family whilst trying to get them to drop war crimes charges against. Thats interesting, isnt it.

100%. Then watch absolutely nothing change.

Just a reminder to the genocide cheerleaders, both in the Japanese government and the general public.

While America needed an Asian outpost, and so the main focus for prosecutors at the end of WW2 was Germany, BRICS doesn't need an Asian (or ME, African, or Americas) outpost and International Law has also advanced (specifically in the ICTR) to include the cheerleaders as well as the team committing genocide.

Thanks to the later and more restricted start, the ICC has a reputation issue that has only been worsened by its much delayed response to the genocide by Israel, and as an institution, will probably try and make up for that by being extra thorough in pursuing all possible cases.
