Have the very wealthy Zuck and Winfrey helped their less fortunate neighbors?

Very strange how the homes of the rich folks, like Winfrey, were undamaged. I even remember the multi-billionaire appearing on TV with the Rock, pleading for the average Joe to donate money. Unlike these biollionaires, the average Joe is already struggling financially. I wonder how much these billionaires helped out financially.

Congress is in charge of the purse. How much are they sending? Neglecting our national security is not an option for actual patriots.
