No. Unlike Islamic terror groups, which commit terrorist acts, all white supremacists do not commit terror-like acts.

Of course, in the US the FBI already does monitor supremacist groups (Nation of Islam included) that are suspected of planning to commit violent acts.

No, it’s a political tactic. Since the Dems are losing more people and finally people waking up to how radical their ideology has become and has destroyed so many towns, cities and the livelihood of millions particularly minority Americans and poor Whites that won’t vote for these people and their toxic policies then bring in new voters, this is why the Dems will not stop the flow of millions of illegals. It’s about politics and a dying party, not race per say.
