I don't know if he is a coward, but he certainly is a pathological liar. It is pollen season in Texas, so he could be sick, but wearing a mask is what most people do after they get the antihistamine shots, if they still need to go outside this time of year.

I regret that he cannot be jailed for this and only most of his wealth gained by lies and future earnings can be taken. $25K/day would be sufficient reason to hire a nurse, if needed, and rolled into an office for deposing in a wheelchair. Now he gets to fly to Connecticut and miss multiple days from his studio - assuming he still has one and is trying to keep his shocking lies on many other subjects going.
