Note the use of the term “associate”. Not an employee - someone to whom they would have more obligation.

Meanwhile Bezos is inching towards being a "trillionaire" due to all the money he is making during coronavirus pandemic. Yet because he hates Trump, no one will call him out or ask him to donate any money.

Compare how he is trreated to how Elon Musk is treated. Not even for liking Trump, for simply not hating Trump quite enough.
