This trip begs a pretty big question though - Barr has Rudy under criminal investigation for 8 separate federal offenses. How did he get approval to travel out of country?

Last time I checked, individuals who are the subject of a criminal investigation can't just up and leave the country... Was this trip approved by the NYSD Attorney who is leading the investigation?
