What do Israel need with 3000 bomb, they put Gaza in the stone age

Israel says it tries to avoid harming civilians and blames the high death toll on Hamas, which it says operates in dense residential areas.

Israel continues to operate a precise campaign that minimizes civilian casualties, even though Hamas continues to hide out in schools and hospitals and uses children as human shields.

Zibala, children are too small to be effective human shields....need a big ,fat person for good coverage.

Oh, BT, those denying Palestine ever existed will be interested to know Golda Meir {Spelling ? } once held a Palestinian Passport.

Abdel-Kareem Radwan, 48, said the whole eastern side has become a battle zone where the Israeli fighter jets “strike anything that moves."

That's what happens in war.

Maybe next time don't support genocidal attacks against Israel.

And the Israelis have proved again and again that they and their moneyed backers have a stone-age mentality before moral compasses were invented. Palestine will arise from the rubble stronger than ever in spirit with a strength that will create for Arabs and Jews one country from the river to the sea. The death rattle of Zionism we can now hear will be music to the ears of the world and welcomed by all good Jews.

Israel has long ago lost this war. Hamas will come out of it stronger than before. Israel is making more enemies and recruiting more soldiers to Hamas than they are killing. Hamas has already metastasized and operates in Lebanon and the West Bank. The Israeli leadership has failed to learn the lessons of their 2006 war with Hezbollah and are repeating the same mistakes. Israel all but leveled southern Lebanon right to the outskirts of Beirut yet Hezbollah has ten times the manpower and probably 100 times more rockets and missiles today than it had in 2006. Hamas will undergo a similar transformation. At this point there is literally no way for Israel to defeat Hamas and win. But stubborn pride prevents any Israeli politician from saying so.

Meanwhile Israel may fracture politically and end up like Israel after Solomon died, when Israel split into two kingdoms north and south. Israel seems headed that way again with their religious zealots, Mizrahi (such as Ben Gvir) and settler groups alienating much of the educated Ashkenazi who once were the leadership class in Israel.

Is there any actual evidence for this? Are Hamas Terrorist Summer Camp enrollments up this year?

Actually, fewer people will join Hamas willingly as they see what devastation is bestowed upon the terrorists and its supporters for taking part in the biggest massacre this century.

The evidence is that Hamas has gained considerable influence among Arabs in the West Bank and outside of Israel. They are seen as noble fighters fighting to protect the Palestinian cause. That becomes a recruiting tool, and the fact that despite the heavy losses Hezbollah experienced in their 2006 war with Israel they now have ten times the manpower does not auger well for Israel. I will leave you with quotes from two top US military leaders who have years of hands on experience combating terrorist groups in the Middle East.

First is James Mattis: "If in order to kill the enemy you have to kill an innocent, don't take the shot. Don't create more enemies than you take out by some immoral act"

And this from Lloyd Austin: "In this kind of a fight, the center of gravity is the civilian population,” Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said earlier this month. “And if you drive them into the arms of the enemy, you replace a tactical victory with a strategic defeat.”

One final thought, again from James Mattis: "No war is over until the enemy says it's over. We may think it over, we may declare it over, but in fact, the enemy gets a vote."

Desert Tortoise you are 100% correct.

Israel has long ago lost this war.

Not even close.

Hamas will come out of it stronger than before.

And Israel will always have greater weapons and just kill more of their leadership.

Israel is making more enemies and recruiting more soldiers to Hamas than they are killing.

Over 2000 years, Israel has not in the slightest moved.

And Israel will be waiting, I agree, the fanatic loser Jihadists will try, but with each attempt, their chances of ever having a homeland will diminish more and more, so they are essentially hurting themselves, their idiotic cause, and their future (dim at this point) prospects of having their own recognized sovereign homeland.

Doubt it.

They will try, but they're just lessening the chances of reaching any realistic goals of seeing the creation of a Palestinian homeland. At this point, there will NEVER be a Two-state solution, you can just write that off.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

The more IDF kills Hamas the more support they have and more people willing to join them. Israel is creating future terrorists.

Netanyahu lacks a clear strategy for Gaza, causing conflict within his war cabinet.

And Israel will fight and kill them. Helps keep the US war industry and gun makers busy, these people won't be losing their jobs.

You seem to be more concerned about the loss of jobs than the loss of life, even if it includes children and babies.
