Benjamin Franklin couldn't have put it better..... Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!.......You utter wet liberal plonkers, you should have voted when you had the chance .Little point in complaining after the event.

These people have way too much time on their hands. Maybe they should just help build the wall.

7 ( +14 / -7 )

I understand that they're angry, but what are they trying to accomplish by doing this? What is the point of just breaking things and screaming? There are more productive ways to express themselves.

I remember who the MSM kept speculating for weeks about the evil Trump incarnate possibly not "respecting" the results of the election.

Now we are seeing who does not respect it.

But dont expect CNN et al to notice the absurdity.

2 ( +7 / -5 )

"protest" when clearly Trump won fair and square. Where were these people when the DNC blatantly ignored "democracy", shunning a popular candidate ?

6 ( +9 / -3 )

Angry!, It's all false sham fakery. Crocodile tears from a generation of millennials brought up on entitlement, goggle eyed media morons, who could not be bothered to turn up to vote.!!.

1 ( +8 / -7 )

I'm not a Trump supporter but I don't understand the point of these protests. Are they calling for a coup d'etat? I say give the man a chance and see how he does for four years. If he does a bad job, then vote him out. That's how a democracy works, isn't it?

12 ( +12 / -0 )

If I did some kind of profiling, I would expect this dispecable behavior from ex-slavery states. I voted and Putin lost. Do you see me burning cars?

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Grow up,cry babies!

3 ( +9 / -6 )

I am a millennial, if I had the opportunity to vote I would have done so. Not billow my big girls blouse after the event, because I believed CNN hobnobledy-bollocks....

Trump has rejected the KKK’s support.

Wink, wink.

Leave the country if you don't like it.

Once again the left shows its violent side. Unable to accept that people are sick and tired of their PC policies. Unite against fascism were the same in the UK. Violent protest and liberal use of the race card to try and taint or discredit anyone who did not accept their views. Same with the Brexit remoaners, teddies out of the pram, stamping on the floor like spoiled little brats unwilling to accept a democratic vote.

-1 ( +6 / -7 )

Boy those are some angry and violent people. I saw a lot of covered faces, gang signs, middle fingers, lots or cursing, some were cool and peaceful, depending on the city.

WE know that Obama and Hillary sell a lot of military hardware to Saudi Arabia and use it against innocent Yemen's, I wonder why they never protested that?

We know Obama has his Drone War, I wonder why they never protested that?

We know Obama has thrown more whistleblowers in jail, I wonder why they never protested that.

We know Hillary and the DNC conspired to push Bernie out, I wonder why they never protested that?

IMO, many have just been brainwashed buy the MSM into thinking Trump is a racist.

At least they're getting some exercise instead of sitting in front of their Facebook page idolizing themselves and their selfies.

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

Why not? It's not like they have anything better to do. Any guesses on who instigated it? Never mind. Hope they at least enjoyed that comforting acceptance speech, a day late.

Nor was Clinton’s stolen party nomination the only corrupt act of the DNC. It also successfully defeated primary efforts, by a number of aggressive popular progressive Senate candidates who could have helped the party retake the Senate, by running well-funded corporatist party hacks like Evan Bayh in Indiana and Katie McGinty in Pennsylvania, against those progressive candidates. In each case, these hacks went on to lose their races, leaving the Senate in Republican hands.

And why aren't these "progressives" protesting this??

Clueless brainwashed protestors spoon fed by the corporate CNN/MSNBC machines.

What's also ironic is that these Occupy Wall Street sympathizers are both crying and angry that their Wall Street funded hack lost. You just can't make this sh#t up!

A historic election, historic results, and long hangover. God Bless America on the path of one ruling party.super power.

Chinh - change "hangover" to recovery and you be right.

The anti-Trumpers need to watch this:

Serrano: You're STILL posting sad little YouTube videos that no one is going to watch? And you guys say the people PROTESTING have too much time on their hands? Oh dear, Serrano... oh dear...

Well, in actuality, Hillary did have more people vote for her than Trump, as she won the popular vote. By the way, didn't Trump himself say that the election was going to be rigged? So if by his admission that it was rigged, then wouldn't these protestors have some right to protest a rigged election. Makes perfect sense to me.

I think they're protesting the fact that health benefits and insurance like Medicare and Medicaid are going away, since Trump has repeatedly said he'll get rid of them. They are more concerned now as many of their loved ones are going to suffer as a result of it. I shudder to think about the GOP privatizing Social Security.

Well, in actuality, Hillary did have more people vote for her than Trump, as she won the popular vote.

Hillary knows full well that winning the popular vote is not winning the election. She hardly went to any of the "blue wall" states after the debates. She chose to do no press conferences and stay away from the people.

On a side note. An anti-Trump protestor in Portland was shot. Apparently an altercation started between a group of men in a car and a protestor blocking the road. One man got out of the car and shot him. The suspect was described as African American wearing saggy pants.

Nothing like a little street reality that they don't teach in Social Justice 101.

Yes, but protest against the absolute FOOLS who voted for Trump -- they are to blame. United States of America, 1776-2016. RIP. A noble experiment which unraveled into corruption.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

TV news just keeps giving these people free advertisement. 1000 people in San Francisco is nothing. A high school typically has more than 1200 people. Then, there are those in the groups who didn't vote. No vote, no complaint. Also, how many of them called in sick on Wednesday morning and got paid for being absent? What a country!

If anything America this shows you deserve Trump as president when act like democracy only counts when your guy wins so sad. If anything Trump is the most liberal republican I have ever seen its his VP I am more worried about.

Well, I as well as many others, suspect that Trump is most definitely a RINO putting his toxic personality aside. Some un-affiliated candidates will join the major parties for better campaign funding which is very understandable. But now he's dealing with a majority controlled Republican DC.

Makes perfect sense to me. ........................................................................................................... I don't think anyone here denies or should deny the right of people to peacefully protest. When protesters turn violent or when counter-protesters turn violent then arrests are in order. No one has the right to vandalize property or injure people in the name of protest. ........................................................................................................... Following on HonestDictator, Mr. Trump could have emulated Ross Perot and run as an independent (and lost) but he was astute enough - shrewd enough if you will - to identify weaknesses in Republican presidential wannabes and the hunger of many Americans - of every political leaning - for change. So, call him stupid if you like. Very soon he will have further opportunities to demonstrate his acumen or lack thereof.

these clowns are not protesting a candidate, they are protestin the concept of an election. So what do they want instead?
