You never realize how important the rule of law is until you are faced with a lawless president. These episodes should be taught in law school for generations.

Important thing is to skirt the order, continue clearing them out, even indirectly such as roundups and detainments - while the decent ruling inevitably comes down.

The authority to use the law only applies during wartime. The US isn't at war. It is an abuse of power. The court is correct to enjoin the Executive branch.
