It should be extended on the basis that the president has been dismantling post offices all across the USA. To not do so is unfair and unjust under the present circumstances.

This is what happens when judges attempt to do the job of the legislators. Legislators make the laws. Judges are supposed to rule according to established law, not invent their own.
