A clear attempt to disenfranchise voters. Another step on the road to becoming a banana republic.

Clearly these are activist conservative judges basing their decisions on politics instead of the law.

Liberals complaining about activist judges, but were silent on liberal activist judges running wild on the political reservation and never complained or made remarks about it, typical.

It should be extended on the basis that the president has been dismantling post offices all across the USA. To not do so is unfair and unjust under the present circumstances.

U.S. District Judge William Conley ruled Sept. 21 that ballots that arrive up to six days after Election Day will count as long as they're postmarked by Election Day. Sunday’s action puts Conley’s order on hold until the 7th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals or U.S. Supreme Court issues any further action.

This is what happens when judges attempt to do the job of the legislators. Legislators make the laws. Judges are supposed to rule according to established law, not invent their own.
