It'll be interesting to see if Johnson also decides to take the matter out of the judges hands before they make the 'wrong' ruling, the way a previous PM did. (The irony being that when it came to Israeli war criminals, the fear was they'd jail them because of guilt, but Johnson would be making that move because he feared they'd be releasing Assange because of innocence)

Assange has been refused bail as he is a flight risk. Whatever the charge now, he will never get bail again in the UK.
