Ok, then it was Islamic terrorists.

So you consider the Russian Army and a Shiite militia led by Iran to be "Islamic terrorists"? Truly? The Russians with their army and air power claim to be fighting Islamic terrorists, e.g. Daesh and YPG. Iran is there to support the Shiite Alawyte clan of the Assads and to extend Iranian power outside their borders.

No, I'm saying get US troops out if Afghanistan

Based on what happened the last time the US walked away from Afghanistan I think the US will come to deeply regret leaving now. The last time the US left the Afghans to their own devices after a destructive war the resulting chaos and infighting created the space needed for the Taliban to emerge from Pakistan and take over. Then someone like you will blame Mr. Biden for the next terrorist atrocity committed by the resurgent Taliban?

No. Those attacks came from Russian and Iranian backed Shiite militias.

So just let Daesh take over Syria and Iraq? Really? Is that what you are saying?

Regardless, the US needs to get out of Afghanistan. Obama severely weakened the US' position there, so Trump was right in pulling out troops.

It was not immediately clear who was behind the shelling, which reportedly came from areas where Syrian government troops and Kurdish-led fighters are deployed.

There are no YPG in Tel Rifat. It is held by Russian Army and an Iranian militia that are trying to run the YPG out of the area. Earlier they had tried to use YPG to run the Turks out of Afrin but that failed. The YPG doesn't have weapons with long enough range to reach Afrin from Tel Rifat.

The same Kurdish fighters who recently bombed a hospital in Syria.

No. Those attacks came from Russian and Iranian backed Shiite militias. Spend a little time learning what is going on in that region. The Syrians looked the other way while the YPG attacked Afrin hoping they would drive Turkish forces out. They failed. Afrin is under Turkish control while Tal Rifat where the missiles and artillery rounds originated is solidly under Russian control. Iranian militias have a training center nearby. There are no YPG forces there. Ultimately the Turks, Russians and Syrians want the YPG disarmed and destroyed. YPG doesn't have artillery or missiles. The Russians have both. The best the RPG fields are US supplied TOW and Javelin missiles with ranges of 3000 and 2500 meters respectively. The attacks in question occurred over a range of about 24-25 kilometers. The Turks are trying to create a buffer zone along the Syrian border where there is a native population of Turks. The Russians and Iran want the Turks out of that area. The YPG is being squeezed by both sides.

Agreed--likely it was an Islamic Terrorist group that bombed the hospital and killed 13 innocent people.

American weapons go via turkey to IS/al Nusra. In the opposite direction, American stolen Syrian oil goes back through turkey.

Seems to work well.

Turkey has been angered by U.S. support for Kurdish fighters in Syria while the U.S. has sanctioned Turkey over its purchase of a Russian weapons system.
