"Moscow appointed governor..."

This alone says it all!

When ever Moscow, Putain or any of those connected to that regime open their mouths, expect nothing but lies!

Besides, if those Russian marauders had stayed at home and minded their own business nothing would've happened! But no, they had to invade a sovereign state, spread terror, destruction, looting, killing, raping, and deporting people. Now they experience what Ukrainians had and still have to go thru for more than 2 years (another reminder that it was a 3-day-limited-operation!)!

Ukraine prevails!

He said Ukrainian forces had “deliberately made a repeat strike to create greater numbers of casualties” when “residents of nearby houses ran out to help the injured."

this kind of attack is despicable. If only the Russians hadn’t taught them this.

This never would have happened had Russia not started this war, or if they had gone home in the past two and a half years.

But because Ol' Vladdy Boy, Xi's puppet, wants to provoke NATO, the war goes on.

Life is not safe in occupied Ukraine. Imported residents ought to know this.

Ukraine is killing people it claims as citizens; nasty work.

The fascist Russian forces should go home and lives will be saved.

That 48-hour "sure victory" the fascist supporters were boastfully predicting has turned into two and a half years. The Ukrainians are not going anywhere, and will keep putting Russians in body bags as long as they remain in sovereign Ukraine.

Sounds more like projection, orcs and their despicable collaborators always accuse others of what they are doing them selves.

killed 22 and wounded 15 people, Moscow-appointed governor Vladimir Saldo said.

Well there is a trustworthy and reliable source of lies, whoops, I meant to say unbiased information.

the ex-mayor of Kupiansk, Hennadiy Matsehora was in “critical condition” after he was attacked in Russia’s Belgorod region, bordering Ukraine.

Always good to hear when traitors and collaborators get what they deserve.

@JJ: violence against civilians

Violence against civilians is always hideous and should be considered a crime. But the Kremlin should not have sent the Wagners into Crimea, and whichever other mercenary groups into Donbas to further stir up tensions there and other places. How many Russians (military personnel and Russian speaking Ukrainians) have been killed in Putin's war? How many more are the Kremlin willing to see killed. The needless number of deaths could be reduced after the Kremlin, led by the former Stasi murderer and his oligarchs call the Russian military back into Russia, a country with problems galore that need attending.

Reminiscent of their first rocket airstrike on city hall of Lugansk, anniversary just over 10 years ago.

So two months after the Russian invasion. Funny how actions have consequences.

Corrupt coup regime also stole everyone's pensions and money down there (Putin/Russia paid them to make up for mass-scale theft by those thieves).

Yes, Ukraine is not going to send one penny to an occupation government. This is common sense.

And the war crimes keep coming!

How much blood is on Putin’s hands now? They’re completely drenched in blood, yet he keeps right on smiling. No wonder Trump lives him so much.
