It turned out that the grisly attack last week on the mine clearers (blamed here on JT on the Taliban), was carried out and claimed by IS.
IS probably trying to stop the Taliban claiming any 'moral' highground, by dragging them down to their old level. Disgusting behavior.

Obviously the vast majority of the responsibility of the attacks reside in the terrorist themselves, but giving an excuse to target vaccinating teams was a horrible lapse of judgement from the CIA and part of the blame is theirs.

For me, I do not support this kind of Islamic terrorist attack on innocent civilians. IS, as mentioned in the article, is not an Islamic terrorist group?
