Obviously this is the result of the strict lockdowns with penalties and closed borders. If you are caught not wearing a mask in Sydney you face a $200 fine. Yes, the moves are strict and somewhat totalitarian, but they are working. People need to be educated on how to avoid spreading and contracting the virus. Unfortunately, most sheeple are quite dumb and need the intimidation of a few hundred dollar fine to make them pay attention.
