What you mean they're worried these guys won't get a fair trial in China? What's to worry about China is such a transparent democratic society. Oh wait that wasn't China it was somewhere else. This is all about trying to extort something from Rio Tinto, that's how China works.

When it comes to making money Australia will turn its back on this Chinese “immigrant” (even if he’s Australia born). They will also very likely lower prices to China too, even if they have to hide the reductions in some way.
