They're simply cutting migrant intake by 14% because of a decreased need for these workers. No need to make it any more than this.

Some of Australias policies towards immigrants and refugees have been a disgrace. Awful, unsanitary camps with brutal guards, causing riots and breakouts. When times are hard xenaphobia often takes a grip on a whole nation, it is a cancer that must be banished.
