said New South Wales state health minister Brad Hazzard.

Any one else see the irony in this guys name ?

Seems some not very clever people in the australian govt making some not very clever decisions , letting 2700 people off a cruise ship to just wander around Sydney. Maybe they think its ok but Im sure there are others who would suggest otherwise.

Seems some not very clever people keep getting on these cruise ships! Baffles me why anyone would want to go on a cruise right now.

2,700 cruise passengers allowed off virus-infected cruise ship in Sydney

Risking the lives of 2,700 souls onboard a cruise ship versus 5.8 million residents in Sydney. It would make more sense to leave the passengers and crew onboard the ship.

Of course it works. Doing so would prevent the 2,700 from infecting the 5.8 million.
