This whole thing is either a joke or being handled very badly, if it is as serious as the authorities around the world make it out to be then they should have stopped all international travel world wide for 4 weeks of more to contain the spread of the virus, and isolated any place it was found to be after that period.
Seems they let it trickle in and out across borders and are not serious about actually stopping it at all, just controlling people and limiting their freedoms, incomes and movements.
Contain and control the damn virus not the people For Pete's Sake !

Refer para 6 mate, it’s called nipping it in the bud! New cases are almost unheard of now, unless they are returning travellers from overseas.
If that’s being hysterical then whatever..so be it.
