This poor guy was murdered because some kids wanted to get a kick out of taking another life. Truly is disgusting, and now they may face the death penalty because of it.

I am shocked by this, but I will be more shocked when they will get to plead this down to a non- capital offense and escape the Death Penalty. The local sheriff stated that the shooters were not gang related, but that in between this shooting and another that they were looking to do, one of them had made a visit to his parole officer.

Somehow some group will argue for these kids (shootes) sake on why they should be spared. I saw they shouldn't. and get the maximum. At least OK doesn't play and will send them to execution, and not wait around lik CA and keep them there for decades.

This is definitely not the America I grew up in! These murderers need to be prosecuted as adults and headlines nationwide showing their sorry a$$'s crying and pleading for forgiveness. Idiotic. If the killer was allowed by police to leave the station and not be arrested for many weeks, then some extra attention is warranted. It was nearly four weeks after one particular shooting before folks like Sharpton got involved. This crime happened days ago.

Even back in the old west, it was considered cowardice to shoot a man in the back. I hope these young men (they're children no more when they made this choice) will receive justice for what they've done. i've lived in inner cities communities. am currently in one of biggest cities in the world. the media tends to blame low income and lack of education for those doing the crime. yet, i went to school with recent asian immigrants 1) whose families make minimum wages 2) can only afford to live in rougher of the inner city hoods. yet they and asian-americans, in general, have the lowest crime (murder, rape, assault) levels. also, within 1 generation (children of immigrants), majority already attain income levels above the US average.

Given that they are all under 18 years old, is it possible to execute these criminals (I mean capital punishment) according to US laws. I am asking seriously.
