I don't know, seems to me like those gangs would just go ahead and do the real deal, with real dynamite, grenades and whatnot.
PS: I still love how the Kiwis and Aussies creatively make a word cuter by adding "ie" at the end. Barbie, sammie, bikkie, chippie, bikie......LOL. :D

Well if one proceeds from the assumption that the goal of terrorism is to cause terror then this definitely was a terrorist attack. It also sets a disturbing precedent, after all if it is possible to chain a bomb to your enemy then why sacrifice your own to deliver the bomb? This could have just been a dry run to measure police reponse time and precautions for subsequent real attacks.

It was a horrible experience for anyone to go through especially not knowing whether it was a real bomb or not. I'm glad she is alright.
