Just legalize it nationwide and lessen this type of criminal activity even further.

12 plants per residence doesn't seem like much. 6 in veg and 6 flowering, I suppose that could work if they were large enough and on an 8 week cycle each.
BTW, Colorado housing prices are more like California prices than what the other states nearby cost.
