Sunni-Shiite muslim mutual terrorism comes to Brussels. Now, not only do Europeans have to protect Jews from muslim aggression, but Sunnis and Shias from each others aggression.

That is what multicultural enrichment has gotten Europe.

Bringing the centuries-old blood-soaked Sunni - Shia conflict to Europe. Lovely.

As much as people like trying to point out "extremists exist in every religion", there is only one that seems to have a LOT of extremists and violent actions compared to all others AND in much more than one continent and country. So comparing 3% extremists of other religions to 35%+ extremism of one particular religion is rather imbalanced.

@Salemi, nothing said that the US soldier was christian to begin with, plus no reports so far stated he was yelling, "Praise be to jesus!" when he commited his crime. You need to understand that the US has athiests, agnostics, wiccans, buddists, hindu, muslims, AND christians etc. And they don't have to worry too much about being attacked physically for their faith (except unfortunately Islam due to response towards the global hostile actions of Islamists towards those of other faiths). While the majority of americans claim christian beliefs, not many of them take their beliefs seriously xD, and you don't hear of the major religion wiping out the smaller religions with government approval in the US either :)

There is a report in the NYT today where a Muslim report is saying that the Saudis are providing Korans to mosques in the US that have the text changed to promote hatred of Jews and Christians. This is well in keeping with Wahabi and Salfist teachings. For example, the Salfists regularly attack Coptic Christian churches in Egypt. Like it or not there are an unfortunately large number of Muslim leaders who are more than happy to forment hatred in the name of their religion. Which is why this nut job was shouting Sunni "hatred of Shia" slogans while he ran around setting fires.

Would people say that in inquesition was the fault of the Catholic church? How about the crusades? Same thing, different era.

Until people are willing to confront the extremists who use religion as their smoke screen things like this will keep going on. The fact that the Sunnis and Shia have been at it for centuries makes me wonder if anything can be done. But you can't stick your head in the sand and say that this has nothing to do with Islam. Unfortuanatley, Islam is at the center of it.
