In the words of George W. Bush: "Mission Accomplished"

Swing.
Miss.

There now Old Friend. Even your selective memory can surely recall who installed the shiites into power...and the trail of on-going human carnage still being left in it's wake.

you seem equally blinded.

Muslim extremists strike again, great religion that islam aint it, Kill any non believers or anyone who gets in the way of it.
Thankfully I do not take religion seriously or I may be swayed to convert you all!!!!
LoveUSA
EU and the USA created a new Muslim state in Europe - Kosovo. Just one example of who supports, finances and befirends the Muslims.

People survived this --> and not one word from them in this statement. I find that to be bizarre.

Madverts: "who installed the shiites into power"
Um, the Iraqis. The Shiites are the majority in Iraq, and well, in a free election, the majority usually rules.
Didn't you know that?
mikehuntez
I had to laugh at the posters that tried to put the blinders on to Islam's terror methods by some of it's followers and tried to divert attention in the wrong direction. Good try guys but your attempts are nothing more that pathetic.
lostrune2
Heh, a lot of good the Iraq War has done for the Catholics. There's a lot less of 'em.
smithinjapan
And slowly but surely we resort to far worse things than when Saddam was in power. Iraq War worth it? Not even with one single breath of those who have died for the lies they bought into. 'Mission accomplished' indeed.

sarge: "Um, the Iraqis. The Shiites are the majority in Iraq, and well, in a free election, the majority usually rules."
So you support them because they got the purple thumbs up?

mikehuntez: what is more pathetic? Bigotry toward Islam or believing that the 1.5 billion Muslims all over the world are not after us?
Oyajid
Yes! Kill them all!!!!... Hum sorry I got carried away. Seriously, Islam started in year 622 and is creating problems since 2001 or maybe 1990 (if you consider refusing to get stomped on during crusades as a problem then maybe earlier...), I would reasonably think that they didn't release Quran 2.0 around that timing so... maybe islam isn't the issue but under educated crazy people are. I seriously think that educated muslims create no issues (aside of the high rank terrorists who are educated at manipulation). Religion plus Poor/Uneducated people = Extremism/Terrorism. Sad and true things is there are more poor/uneducated muslims than moderate/educated. Before crying out islam is preaching this or that, try to read it actually and then spit out non-sense as much as you want ;)
An actual moderate muslim (please don't track me down...)

“It was a massacre in there and now they are cleaning it up,” he said Monday morning. “We Christians don’t have enough protection. ... What shall I do now? Leave and ask for asylum?” If Muslims are killing each other night and day, because some are backed by Saudi Arabia and others backed by Iran, and then you have this poor Christian minority group caught up in the middle, I would get the heck out of Iraq, Israel etc..I am sure are more welcoming to Iraqi Christians than other countries in that same region. RIP poor dead Christians
WilliB
Well, you can bet that protecting Christian lives is not exactly a high priority for the Shiite Iraqi government forces. While the Sunni and Shia radicals have been bombing each other for years, the Christians have been on the target list of both.
TimRussert
Switch perps for victims in this story and we would be reading today of rioting in much of the Mohammedan world.
bicultural
Extremists? Savages, more like.
mikehuntez
True but we must ignore this fact. Just ignore this totally as it's well not politically correct.
MisterCreosote
Merely threaten to burn a Koran and the western world's establishment lefty media is in your yard and going through your entire personal history.
Kill 58 innocent Christians in their place of worship and the same elites just yawn...
jruaustralia
I'm guessing you're talking out of sense of indignation-- but should you hear what these Catholic Iraqis have been saying about the Iraq invasion then you'd know they don't like so-called Conservative recipes as well :(
But let's not hijack the thread with vile Left-Right American politics. This is a sad story, and my sympathy goes to Iraqi Catholics now mourning after this bloody massacre.
lostrune2
Yeah, a lot of these Catholic Iraqis didn't like the Iraq War.
Elbuda Mexicano
I will not be surprised if Muslims will be hunted down for this evil action, people will not care if you are not a terrorist, if you are educated, I am sure that sooner or later, Catholics etc...will want to take turns in getting revenge against any Muslim, like now with Israel. But, this is not the way towards peace, this is a religion in self destruction mode, Islam is committing suicide, slowly but surely, it will keep on killing itself, no jihad against killing your own religion, right?

Reminds me of the theater taken over in Moscow and that school in Chechnya.
These people are plain ignorant unenlightened barbarians. Even though they follow the letter of selected parts of the Qu'ran, Allah will find no place in Paradise for them.
HonestDictator
Oyajid, bad for you many of us have read the qur'an and also bad for you that the many ex-muslims out there seem to agree that Islam is the source of the "nonsense" which supposedly is being spouted about it. What is happening here is actual persecution. Iraqi Catholics are a drop in the bucket. What about the buddists in Thailand, the hindu in India, the various tribes of people in Africa? Islam is the only relgion in this century that persecutes other religions, non-believers, or anyone deemed as "un-Islamic" (the amadayaa sect or however it is spelled ring a bell?)in their eyes. To this date Islam is also the only religion that persecutes anyone that leaves that religion. So when you can successfully confront an ex-muslim (without trying to abuse them because we know a good muslim is never supposed to question Islam) you might get somewhere with your current argument of poor and uneducated Islamic extremists.
Random news, in Iran a christian priest is set to be executed for preaching to muslims in Iran. Currently there was a stay of execution for 3 days due to international pressure. Once again, Islam persecutes others, not the other way around.
illsayit
i dont get this- all I see is gender issues. What is their women doing in Egypt? Give them back and see what happens? Maybe they should include women as well as children in that Hague Treaty. And also police being part of the victims has me suspicious too. And a survivor asks what to do now but to ask for asylum-start praying buddy!
nandakandamanda
HonestDictator, wish you were wrong.
DVDs being handed out for indoctrination show scenes of fighting, "Islam being attacked and persecuted all over the world". This is used as justification to "pick up the sword and "defend the faith" or "defend Muslim women and children".
The reality is the other way round, as you say. Twisted to support random slaughter of what they one-sidedly decide to be "unbelievers".
What is true? This is Allah's Truth. And some Muslims can see it...
